Oily Water Separator Operation Procedures

一、运行(Running)

1、打开主电源及15PPM 报警装置的电源。Open main switch and switch of 15PPM alarm device. 

2、从舱底泵通过油水分离器，再到船外的所有废水排出管路的阀全部打开，另外，油水分离器的排出管、废水排出管路以外的阀全部关闭。Open all valves on the bilge drain pipe line from the bilge pump to the outboard valve, via the oily water separator. Close valves on the drain pipe of the oily water separator, except valves on the bilge pipe line.

3、打开二次室下部的清水入口阀，使容器内注满清水。打开二次室上部的实验旋塞帮助容器内空气排出。Open the clean water inlet valve, at the bottom of the second chamber, to fill the separator with clean water, open the cock at the upper part of the second chamber to promote air release.

4、使15PPM报警装置处于自动运行状态，启动舱底水泵，确认泵进出口压力正常（2bar左右）。Turn the 15 PPM alarm device to automatic condition, open bilge pump ,confirm the inlet and outlet pressure of the bilge pump is normal (about 2bar)

5、运行中注意15PPM报警装置、自动排油装置和三通转换阀是否正常。Attention whether 15PPM alarm device, automatic discharge oil device 3-way changeover valve.

二、停止(Stop)

1、废水排出结束时，打开淡水阀关闭废水阀，注入清水10分钟以上然后停止舱底水泵。When drainage of bilge is finished, clean water for 10 minutes then stop the bilge pump.

2、关闭15PPM报警装置电源，关闭主电源。Turn off switch of 15PPM alarm and main switch.

3、关闭舱底废水的排出管路中的所有阀。Close all valves in the bilge drain pipe line.
