总结高中英语写作基本步骤

一．分三段写：

第一段为开头，包括两句。第一句为主题句，必须提出，通过问题点明全文主题;第二句为扩展句，须进一步说明和支持主题句。或是将关系倒过来，由第一句说明情况，第二句提出问题。

第二段为正文，共七句。第一句(句3)为主题句，提出本段的主题，它应与第一段的主题相关和一致。第二句至第七句(句4一句7)为扩展句，说明和支持本段的主题。句与句之间要注意运用好过渡使段落逻辑合理，结构得当。

第三段为结尾，简化为一句，也是全文的总结句，它将前面内容总结为一结果，表明自己的论点。三段之间的连接要灵活运用“启、承、转、合”的连接过渡手段。例如：

范文一Television 

　　Television presents a vivid world in front of us.(1)(主题句) Through TV, we can learn what is happening half way across the world. (2)(扩展句)

　　Television also plays an important educational role in our daily life. (3)(主题句) For one thing, the TV university provides an opportunity for many young men who can not go to formal universities. (4)(扩展句) For another, children can broaden their scope of knowledge by watching such popular programs as "The Animal World", and "The Mickey Mouse and Duck Donald". (5)(扩展句) Besides, women can learn about the latest fashion of dresses and the best recipe for making fruit cakes. (6)(扩展句) Furthermore, we learn many world advanced technologies from TV programs such as computer and telecommunication. (7)(扩展句) And also we can learn singing, dancing and doing physical exercises in some special TV training courses. (8)(扩展句)In short, the effect of TV's educational role is becoming more and more obvious. (9)(扩展句)

　　Having viewed these several aspects, and with many more TV program produced, I believe that our life will become even more significant. (10)(总结句) (全文共165个词)

范文二　Changes in People's Diet

　　There have been some changes nowadays in the diet of the Chinese. (1)(主题句)For example, grain, the main food of most people in China, is now playing a less important role, while the consumption of high-nutrition food such as milk, meat has increased. (2) (扩展句)

　　The changes in diet can be accounted for by a number of factors. (3) (主题句)First, people are much wealthier than before. (4) (扩展句) With a higher income, they can afford to buy good foods which, in the past, were rarely seen on the dinner tables of ordinary families. (5) (扩展句) Another factor is that people have realized the importance of a balanced diet to their health. (6) (扩展句) Lack of certain amount of meat or milk, for example, will result in poor health. (7) (扩展句) Finally, owing to the economic reform, meat and milk, which were scarce in the past, are produced in large quantities. (8) (扩展句) For all those reasons, what was formerly called "the basket of vegetables" has become that of varied foods. (9) (扩展句)

　　To sum up, insignificant as those changes may seem, they are the signs of the improved economic condition in China, and we believe that as the effort in the modernization movement continues, there will be greater changes in people's diet in the future. (10) (总结句)

二．对比类作文分三段写：

第一段：introduction------引入主题句，开门见山

第二段：要点point 1------------有一些人认为，添加过渡句和过渡词，确保连贯

要点point 2-------------另一些人认为

第三段：总结conclusion---------我的看法

如：现在正是春游时节。你校学生以高三学生要不要参加春游活动展开了讨论。请根据以下讨论结果，写一篇短文。并说明你的主张

第一段： Should Senior 3 students go spring outing? We have had a heated discussion.

第二段： Opinions are divided on the question. Different people hold different opinions. About 65% of the students are for the idea that Senior 3 students should go spring outing. They think it good for their health to be close to nature and breathe some fresh air. What’s more, they can relax themselves for a while and rest their brains so that they will be more energetic. However, about 35% of the students are against the idea. They say that with the college entrance examination drawing near, they don’t feel like going anywhere. Besides, they think going spring outing will take at least a day off. They can’t afford the time. They think they should fix their attention on their study.

第三段：As far as I am concerned, I’d like to say that we should go spring outing.

四．高分技巧：

◆强调句：可以轻松地将时间、地点、原因、方式等类型的状语从句转变为强调句。

　　It was not until I arrived home that I realized I had left the bag on the shop counter.

　　It was then that I realized the importance of English.

　　◆with引导的伴随结构：可以将状语从句或并列句中的其中一个分句变成with结构。

　　With the sun lighting brightly and the birds singing clearly, I went to school in high spirits

　　He always likes to sleep with the windows open.

　　◆巧妙地使用非谓语动词：可以将状语从句或并列的动词简化为非谓语动词。

　　Hearing that, the driver’s wife quickly added that her husband often talked nonsense after drinking. (低级形式：When he heard that, ……)

　　◆恰到好处的被动句：适合应用于较简短的句子，这样显得语言简洁生动，宾语一般是nothing、anything、everything等不定代词。

　　Searched all my pockets, but nothing was found。

　　◆感叹句：通常用于开头结尾活跃文章气氛，凡是“I feel ……”之类表达感情的句子皆可如此改造。

　　How terrible I felt today! I failed again in the math exam.

　　◆高级定语从句：若定语从句中的动词带有介词，只需将介词移至先行词后。

　　We came to a place to which they had never paid a visit before.

　　◆进行时态：有时会含有一定情绪，尤其要使用always这样的富含感情色彩的副词。

　　I am always feeling terrible when I take a bus.

　　◆适当加一些不关痛痒的插入语：一些连词、副词可以放到句子中间充当语气较弱的插入语，如I guess、however、in a way、certainly、in my opinion、probably、briefly, generally speaking, believe it or not, besides, what’s more等，有时可以考虑几个插入语连用，就更像英美人士的文章了。

　　◆把简单句改成复合句：适当的时候把两个简单句改成“too….to…”或者“so…that…”等高级一点的复合句。例如：

　　I was very tired. I couldn’t keep up with them.我们可以改成：I was so tired that I couldn’t keep up with them.或：I was too tired to keep up with them.
