5.化能合成作用:

自然界中少数种类的细菌,虽然细胞内没有色素,不能进行光合作用,但是能够利用体外环境中某些无机物氧化时释放的能量来制造有机物,这种合成作用叫做化能合成作用。例如:硝化细菌、硫细菌、铁细菌等少数种类的细菌。下图为硝化细菌的化能合成作用

 进行光合作用和化能合成作用的生物都是自养型生物;

 而只能利用环境中现成的有机物来维持自身生命活动的生物是异养型生物。

第1节:细胞的增值

1.细胞周期:连续的细胞,从上一次完成时开始,到下一次完成时为止,为一 个细胞周期。

间期:DNA复制与蛋白质的合成

  期:前期:核膜核仁消失;染色质变成染色体,纺锤丝变成纺锤体;形态散乱;

         中期:着丝点都排列在赤道板上,纺锤体清晰可见,便于观察;

         后期:着丝点;染色体数目加倍,向两极移动; 

末期:核膜核仁出现;染色体变成染色质,纺锤体消失。

记忆口诀:膜仁消失现两体,形定数晰点在板,点裂体分向两极,两体消失膜仁现。

第二节:细胞的分化

1.概念:在个体发育中,由一个或一种细胞增殖产生的后代,在形态、结构和生理功能上发生         稳定性差异的过程,叫做细胞分化。

2.过程:受精卵      增殖为多细胞      分化为组织、器官、系统       发育为生物体

3.特点:持久性、稳定性、不可逆转性。

4.实质:基因选择性表达

细胞全能性:已经分化的细胞,仍然具有发育成完整个体的潜能。

            高度分化的植物体细胞具有全能性,高度分化的动物的细胞核具有全能性。

全能性大小:受精卵>生殖细胞>体细胞

第三节:细胞的衰老和凋亡

1.细胞衰老的特征:①在衰老的细胞内水分减少,体积变小,细胞新陈代谢的速度减慢;②细胞内多种酶酶的活性降低;③细胞内的色素逐渐积累。 ④衰老的细胞内呼吸速度减慢,细胞核体积增大,染色质固缩,染色加深。 ⑤细胞膜通透性功能改变,使物质运输功能降低。

2、细胞凋亡

细胞凋亡指基因决定的细胞自动结束生命的过程,是一种正常的自然生理过程。可以清除被病原体感染的细胞、衰老的细胞等。

第四节:细胞癌变    

1.特征:①能够无限增殖; ②癌细胞的形态结构发生了变化.;

        ③癌细胞易扩散易转移(原因:癌细胞的表面糖蛋白数量减少)

2.致癌因子的种类:①物理致癌因子,主要是辐射致癌 ;②化学致癌因子,如砷、苯、煤焦油等;③病毒致癌因子,能引起细胞癌变的病毒,叫做肿瘤病毒或致癌病毒。 

3.原因:原癌基因或抑癌基因发生基因突变。
