Well， I think corresponding through sending e-mails will be the most popular way in the near future. As everybody can see now， computers are becoming more and more popular around us. More and more people can afford a computer. Also， more and more people are learning to use computers. Compared with telephones， sending e-mails can be much cheaper， especially for long-distance phone calls. Since it contains written information， it is replacing fax to a large extent. Actually， e-mail combines the advantages of both telephone and fax. Like a telephone， it is quick. Like a fax， it contains written information. And it’s cheaper than both tele phone and fax. So， I believe sending e-mails will become the most popular way to communicate in the near future. 

5. Are you interested in participating in the work of the Student Union? Give your reasons.

　　Yes， of course. It has a lot of advantages through working in the Student Union. We have more chances to make friends with different people. We have the opportunity to learn a lot of things we cannot learn from our books. We can learn how to deal with different people， and how to solve different problems. Above all， working in the Student Union is a precious chance to develop managerial skills. And I think this is very important in modern society.

　　How do I spend my weekends? As students， we have to be busy with our classes and studies during the weekdays. So the two-day long weekend is the happiest time for us. Sometimes I like to go shopping to buy some daily necessities for the next week. Sometimes I go swimming， watch TV or go for a movie to relax. But my favourite thing is going to the English Corner to practice my English， and at the same time I can talk with some of my friends. As everybody knows， because of the heavy workload of study， we have almost no time to chat with each other. So I spend my weekends usually leisurely.

三级的听力理解部分由A(10段简短对话，4选1)和B(4段对话或独白，4选1)部分组成，考查考生理解英语口语的能力。A节考查考生理解事实性信息的能力，而B节考查考生理解总体和特定信息的能力。要系统复习听力首先从功能意念开始，包括友好往来、交流补救、态度、情感、影响生活话语、时间表达、空间意念和比较关系等。从听力信息上讲，应当学会理解主旨要义、获取事实性具体信息、理解明确表达的概念性含义、进行有关的判断、推理和引申、理解说话者的意图、观点或态度等。要在听力部分得到高分，平时的训练技巧和考试的良好发挥都是不容忽视的。
