B;She  was  playing when she was hitted by a car ,but nobaby to helping  the  little  girl  when  people  saw  she lied on the road .

C;Even  more  unfortunately  .She was lying on the road when she was  hitted  by  a  car  again.

A;Oh,I  am  sorry  to  hear  that, but  why  has  nobaby to help her.

D;I  think  that  is  affected  by  the  case  of  Pengyu  effect.
