二、课程的目标和任务
本学期《商务英语II》的教材采用的是西安交通大学出版社出版的由尹小莹主编的《外贸英语函电》, 本学期要求学生在学习完之后
1、能完整地把商务信函的各组成部分、商务信函的格式以及写作原则应用到具体的信函写作当中,要会书写一些主要的上午信函用以建立贸易关系及信用调查,单元询价及回复,报价,退小心,报盘及还盘,订单、接受和回绝。
2、学生还需掌握不同商务信函的固定的开篇,结束用语,掌握具体的实用商务语句,词汇
3、此外学生还需要掌握一定的商务信函专用术语,例如FOB,CIF等
