   The bar-chart above reflects a common phenomenon that the proportion of the students doing par-time jobs changes during the four years’ study.（总体解释）The freshmen practicing part-time jobs count for the smallest proportion. （起点解释）The proportion increases steadily from the first year to the third year.（显见现象解释） However, the percentage of seniors who engage in part-time jobs rises significantly to 88.24%.（奇异现象解释）

   The reason why freshmen do part-time jobs the least frequently might be that they should focus more on their academic works, while the seniors have completed almost all the required courses. Moreover, paid training stage offered to seniors, which can easily be considered as part-time jobs, might have been taken into account. （原因分析) It is reasonable and wise that seniors participate in part-time jobs either offered by the college as training stage or acquired by seniors themselves.（后果分析) Nevertheless, seniors still have to give priority to their academic works, especially those who wish to enter graduate school to pursue a higher degree.（建议措施)

The table reveals data on job satisfaction in a company. It can be found that in the survey the subjects have been divided into three age groups. （总体解释）For staff members under 40, 16.7%  of them express satisfaction on their job, while 33.3% of them express dissatisfaction.（起点解释） In contrast, for staff members above 50, the percentage of satisfaction attain 40.0%, higher than that of dissatisfaction, that is 10.0%., （显见现象解释）while the proportion of no opinion counts for 50% that is, interestingly, the same as that of the first age group. Surprisingly, for staff members between 41 and 50, no one feels satisfied with the job. Naturally, the rate of dissatisfaction mounts to %, leaving the rest 36% of staff members express no opinion.（奇异现象解释）

The reason why no one between 41-50 feels satisfied might be that employees of such age always contribute most to their company, so they may expect something more than what they really get and far more than that those of the other two age groups anticipate.（原因分析) This may lead to psychological stress if their aspiration can not be satisfied. （后果分析) A calm and optimistic state of mind can help reduce the stress and enhance satisfaction rate.（建议措施)
