英语作文—my best friend

To me a good friend is someone I can share my beliefs and passions with. I have many good friends. Among them, X, my college classmate, is my best friend. 

She is a smart and tender girl who has a cold nature but kind-hearted. She has her own ideas about the way of life. We have many common interests such as reading, cartoon and literature which we often talk about. She is good at writing. I have learnt many from her in writing. In addition, we have much common experience that we undergo together. In the past four years, we studied, sang, played basketball, and climbed up mountains together. I feel comfortable when I stay with her.

I appreciate her very much. I don't know what I would do without a great friend like her. I will treasure our friendship.
