The chart below shows what Anthropology graduates from one university did after finishing their undergraduate degree course. The table shows the salaries of the anthropologists in work after five years.
| Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. |
The charts are an illustration of what bachelors majoring in Anthropology did and how much money they earned annually after five years of working.
Most conspicuously, unlike full-time work, which was favored by slightly over half of the graduates, a mere five percent furthered postgraduate study while taking up a part-time job simultaneously. Besides, the number (8%) of people choosing to be a full-time postgraduate was exactly the same as that of those who did not reveal their destination. Lastly, roughly 12 to 15 individuals out of every 100 ones were jobless or working part-time.
Regarding the salaries of bachelors entering the workforce, a resemblance stands out between Freelance consultants and Government sector. Specifically, people obtaining less than 75,000 dollars made up only a minority of the whole demographic (20%) while those getting paid above $75,000, a quite handsome level, held a lion’s share (80%). By stark contrast, moving to their counterparts enrolling in private enterprises, a mere one tenth got less than 50,000 dollars, and the proportions of the remaining three salary levels were quite balanced, approximating to roughly one third.
Overall, most graduates choose to be employed, be it full-time or part-time, and people going freelance and entering the municipal domain general receive a fatter salary than do their counterparts in private companies.

Write about the following topic:
In some countries, children are often told that they can achieve anything if they try hard enough.
| What are the advantages and disadvantages of giving children this message? |
Write at least 250 words.
参考范文:
Convincing children that hard work makes everything possible is popular in some nations. This message can be advantageous to children as it motivates them and encourages them to chase their dreams. However, it can cause some negative consequences.
On the one hand, this message is beneficial to the young generation in many ways. Children usually have a lot of dreams since they are at the beginning of their lives and they think everything is possible. When adults encourage them to pursue their passions and believe in them, it pushes them to become the best version of themselves through working hard and staying positive. Another benefit is that it keeps children encouraged even when they fail. In other words, when children grow into adults and start chasing their dreams, they will surely encounter hardships. If they were taught that persistence and hard work will get them through, they will not give up and will stay motivated.
On the other hand, children who believe this message may encounter some problems. Firstly, due to believing everything is possible, they may set unrealistic goals for themselves and think they can achieve them. For instance, they may think they can become millionaires at the age of fifteen and when they reach that age, they become frustrated that they did not get what they wanted. Secondly, children may push themselves to their limits and work too hard which affects them negatively. This can be exemplified by children who study all the time because they want to be top students and suffer from mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and isolation.
To conclude, although it is beneficial to tell children that working hard towards a goal always yields positive results, it can cause them issues such as frustration and burnout.
