  My practice school TongLiao three middle school in Tongliao region is the school earlier, one of the larger high schools, has 50 years of history. Over the years, outstanding achievements, have renowned in the TongLiao. The school has been rated as Tongliao City " Civilized Unit ". " Advanced unit of mass sports in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ", " National Youth Etiquette education demonstration base ".

At the beginning, I work as a common intern of this school, for many full-time interns, this position is the most widespread. As a full-time intern, you should try to accomplish the task given to you, meanwhile you should be responsible for the daily work such as tidying the office, copying files, sending fax etc. When the guest comes, served the tea actively consciously. Everyone will have this process.

Several days later, my guiding teacher Asked me to write a teaching plan

, just like "Test purpose""Question in front of the class ""Homework after class""Teaching process". Once before, when we learned these documents, I feel the study by myself is one thing, teacher other is another. But when I really have seen these documents, I found that theory and practice are inseparable. These documents greatly strengthened my practical ability, also let me know how to fill out this kind of documents. 

 After several days, since I have a general idea of teacher working, my main responsibility assists my guiding teacher and studies how to teach students. During this internship. I realized knowledge is the most work skill. I can use the knowledge about English that we have learned in school to teach students. The knowledge of us learned in school does really help me a lot.

But the next problem is coming, how can I start my first lessons? I tried my best to recall how my guiding teacher makes him believe I can, then I have some new ideas. So in a nervous and unskilled expression, I ask my guide teacher if I can take classes. At beginning, teacher doesn't allow to take classes and just let me do an assistant.Then the second, the third, the fourth, finally teacher let me tell a prologue.I feel nervous and happy, since I was young, I've always been taught. I can't imagine I can teach others on one day.  Of course, the first voice wobbled and slow of speech. I even big tongue.That's make me feel very upset and I understand nothing is simple.

After these, the teacher that I have the preliminary understanding of my ability, he gave me more detailed information of text. Our lessons need to combine with text and extracurricular, even need to speak to some joke to active atmosphere, I'm a humous girl, so I always tell a teacher and he offered me some teaching books, and tells me some small way to communicate with the student. How to go to the lecture for the students to understand simplely and easyly.Then my guiding teacher gave me some teaching plan, in order to let me know how to teach students.

Through nearly two months of practices, I realized that graduation isn't an end mark, it is a new beginning. Meanwhile, I deeply appreciate the combination of theory and practice is not easy, but also through fifty days efforts, I am familiar with the teacher of foreign, foreign teacher functions of the school, for my future into the job really accumulated a certain amount of practical experience. Through my study in this period, I learn some points in the line of teacher.

First I want to say that the learning in school does really help me, even though we just obtained the basic concept. We often hear many students complained that in schools they learned many practical skills, I just want to say it depends on your attitude. After all, the university isn't meant the society in some ways. Inevitably, there is a serious lack of work experience. But I think, to practice before the basic knowledge of a foreign teacher must myself have a deep understanding of it. So I reviewed my books in advance, consolidation of knowledge. Otherwise it will be very difficult, and very easy to waste valuable time in 15 days. So I will continue my studying in English.

Then, I'd like to give some suggestions on my future education. Through the practice I found English this specialty is door practice-needed professional, so we need to obtain more skills. Actually, I obtained the basic knowledge of it, but there are still some aspects we need to strengthen. 

    Firstly, oral English practice. Since I try to take classes, I founded that oral English practice is very important. I was nervous at first, I am always thinking about how to phrase words to come out, later I found that they do not want you to write it genteel, in addition to blackboard writing, as long as oral English is enough to speak. I think the school can strengthen this course be set up the scenarios, and ask students to do a teacher in class.

    Secondly, office software skills. Use of Office software is also very important, especially the use of Powerpoint and Excel. Our offer, achievement, even take classes should be completed by Excel and Powerpoint. I think the school can strengthen this course. The teacher can give students some practice opportunities, ask them to do on the computer.

    Thirdly, letter writing. It is not hard to find that the standard letter writing will give the students a good image. We should enhance this course. On book, I found there are 7 principles that should be insist-courtesy, consideration, completeness, clarity, conciseness, concreteness, correctness.I think very useful.

Last but not least, I learned a lot of work, the communication with people, which are the most important thing. You should communicate with your leaders, colleagues, students and other people you come into contact with. Good communication can enhance efficiency. Since you are a new-comer, you should be polite and patient enough. If you want to learn something about the other people, this is the only way. At first I found it difficult, but as time flies, I obtained some skills. When I want to deal with my guide teacher, I would be modest and polite.When I want to deal with and work with colleagues, I would communicate with him in the way he can accept. You should try to observe your colleagues' attitude when they answer your question. A thick skin is very necessary. Sometimes they answer is simple and impatient, well, this is a sign to stop. Then you should try to find the detailed information from others.

    In a half months of internship, I like a real employee cause I have my own job card.I feel myself is not a student any more. I get up six o 'clock every morning, and then like a real office worker. By following the high school rules and regulations, the experienced college study, half months internship make me understand a lot of things I didn't know before, to the school had a profound understanding.I also found the school's problems: students development space are more limited by the teacher. Students are being restricted too much, money collecting is too much, research department funds are insufficient and a class of students too much.These factors have influenced the school more or less.

The last, as a teacher, our image stand for the school's image and we must keep the good image in the public. The dress and behavior link to the school's image. So we must keep our dress clean and tidy, don't too much make up. We also should do that, our appearance is natural and rustic, our behavior self-confidence, steady and fearless. When we talk with others, we should kindly and modest. 

   In a word, the teacher work is hard and sometimes boring. Everyday we should adjust our mentality and emotions. We need the right faces the difficult and setback in the work. The college is our important teacher in our life. The society is also important. In the study process, we not only have a harvest and joy, but also have pity and sorrow. But in the process, it deeps my understanding of the teacher knowledge and enriches my experience of practical

 In this process, I studied hard and when I had a problem, I often asked for help to others. I know a lot of teaching knowledge about the teacher working. And the work reached my professional knowledge. But the most important is that. It made me grow self-confidence and responsibility.  I hope I can share my happy things and sorrow to others.   

Soon, the college life is going to end. Every student will enter the society. And must learn to live and make money independently. As an adult, we should depend on ourselves and learn to solve problems independently and not always depend on our parents.   

   Graduation fieldwork is the important experience of every college student. It let us understand the society in practice. We learn a lot of knowledge that we cannot learn in classes. This can lay a solid foundation for us and help me lead my own life
