
一、 计算依据:《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTJ041-2000)及《施工图纸》
二、 钢绞线的计算先将其分段,然后按简化法计算出每段伸长量后进行叠加.
计算公式如下:
△L=PpL/AyEg
式中:△L—理论伸长值
Pp—平均张拉力(N)
L— 预应力钢材长度(cm)
Eg—预应力钢材弹性模量(N/mm²)
Ay—预应力钢材截面面积(mm²)
平均张拉力Pp的计算公式Pp=P[1-e-(kL+μθ)]/(kL+μθ)
式中: P—预应力钢材张拉端张拉力
x—从张拉端至计算截面的孔道长度(m)
θ—从张拉端至计算截面曲线孔道部分切线的夹角之和(rad)
μ—预应力钢筋与孔道壁的摩擦系数。
k—孔道每米局部偏差对摩擦的影响系数。
计算参数的选取:
Eg=195000,Ay=139mm² ,k=0.0015,μ=0.25
三、管道内钢束伸长值计算(△L1),见下表

根据现场的实际情况,张拉端和工作锚之间有一定距离,我标段预制场中的该段距离为0.55m,忽略工具夹片松弛的影响,且该段的伸长值为:

五、最终理论总伸长值计算(△L):
中跨伸长值
N1:△L=2×(87.1+3.93)=182.06mm
N2:△L=2×(88.2+3.93)=184.26mm
N3:△L=2×(86.7+3.93)=181.26mm
边跨伸长值
N1:△L=87.1+87.4+2×3.93=182.36mm
N2:△L=88.2+88.4+2×3.93=184.46mm
N3:△L=86.7+87.0+2×3.93=181.56mm
实际伸长值容许范围如下:
中跨伸长值
N1: 171mm ~ 193mm
N2: 173mm ~ 195mm
N3: 170mm ~ 192mm
边跨伸长值
N1: 171mm ~ 193mm

张拉采用两端同时对称张拉,张拉顺序为50%N2——100%N3——100%N2——100%N1,根据已进行标定的油表计算出张拉油表读数如下:
