第一节 概述(熟悉)
一、基本概念
航空货运单：是由托运人或者以托运人的名义填制，是托运人和承运人之间在承运人的航线上运输货物所订立的运输契约证明。

二、货运单的构成

三、货运单的用途
货运单是托运人或其代理人所使用的最重要的货运文件，其作用归纳如下：

（4）是承运人在货物运输组织的全过程中运输货物的依据。

四、货运单填开责任
托运人有责任填制航空货运单。托运人对货运单所填各项内容的正确性、完备性负责。由于货运单所填内容不准确、不完全，致使承运人或其他人遭受损失，托运人负有责任。托运人在航空货运单上的签字，证明其接受航空货运单正本背面的运输条件和契约。
根据《中华人民共和国民用航空法》第113条和第114条规定，托运人应当填写航空货运单正本一式三份，连同货物交给承运人。

五、货运单的
一个货运单只能用于一个托运人在同一时间、同一地点托运的，由承运人承运的、运往同一目的站、同一收货人的一件或多件货物。
货运单的右上端印有“不可转让”（not negotiable）字样，其意义是指：航空货运单不是物权凭证，仅作为货物航空运输的凭证，所有权属于出票航空公司。任何IATA成员都不允许印制可以转让的航空货运单，货运单上的“不可转让”字样不可被删去或篡改。

六、货运单号码
货运单号码是货运单不可缺少的重要组成部分，每本货运单都有一个号码。
第二节 航空货运单的契约条款（了解）
货运单正本背面的有关契约涉及航空货物运输的许多法律问题，如：索赔、保险、改变承运人等。副本后面是空白。
契约的条件
7．除非承运人的运价或运输条件中另有规定，在华沙公约不适用于该项运输时，承运人对货物损失、损坏或延误所负的责任以不超过每公斤20.00美元或其等值货币为限，除非托运人对贵重货物声明一个较高的价值并缴付了附加费。
11．承运人为完成本契约的运输可作合理的安排。承运可改变承运人或飞机并无须事先通知改变运输方式，但应适当照顾托运人的利益。承运人有权选择路线或变更货运单本页正面上所填列的路线。本款不适用于至/自美国的运输。

第三节 货运单的填制（掌握）
一、填制货运单的要求
货运单要求用英文打字机或计算机，用英文大写字母打印，各栏内容必须准确、清楚、齐全，不得随意涂改。
货运单已填内容在运输过程中需要修改时，必须在修改项目的近处盖章注明修改货运单的空运企业名称、地址和日期。修改货运单时，应将所有剩余的各联一同修改。
货运单的各栏目中，有些栏目印有阴影。其中，有标题的阴影栏目仅供承运人填写。使用没有栏目的阴影栏目一般不需要填写，除非承运人特殊需要。
