The boxes are firm, rain-proof, without any sundries inside, neat, numbered and disconnect power and lock them when it is not in use. 

Protection 

Three-phase five-wire TN-S neutral protection system shall be adopted for distribution system in accordance with norms. 

Electrical construction machines and tools are neutralized or grounded in a reliable manner.

Lightning arresters shall be applied to tall and large facilities on site.

Protection devices in distribution box and switch box shall be sensitive and effective.

Electricians are familiar with the power consumption of this project and all protection articles shall be used. Disconnect power during maintenance and warning signs shall be erected. 

Electrical equipment

Lead-in wire of construction machines and tools shall be reliably connected with compression without any improper connection, pulling, pressing, pounding, exposure or breakage. 

Hand electric tools are well insulated and power lines are without any connection joints or damage.

Installation and use of electric welders shall be up to standards.

Material 

Construction organization design, data modification and examination and approval formalities for temporary use of power. 

Management agreement of temporarily used power, and technical clarification concerning electrical safety 

Product certificate for temporary electrical equipment 

Record of duty and maintenance of electricians, and acceptance record of temporary use of power

Tower crane lifting

Laying of foundation and tracks up to stipulations 

Safety devices are complete and effective.

Winders are under normal working condition. Power lines are firmly fixed without any breakage, compression connection.

Anchorage of cranes up to stipulations 

Installation, jacking up and disassembly up to stipulations

Safety insurance measures are in place during operation of several cranes. 

Operators shall assume their posts with certificates and operating instructions shall be observed. 

lifting

Lifting shall be up to norms. 

Slings are used as per stipulations and lifting devices shall be up to requirements.

Multi-machine hoisters shall be up to requirements. 

Warning signs shall be set up and full-time monitoring personnel shall be assigned during lifting operation. 

Reliable safety measures shall be adopted for lifting personnel.

Material

Machinery leasing, disassembly and assembly contract, safety management agreement. Both the leaser and the leasee shall make joint technical clarification to tower crane units and signalmen. 

Machinery disassembly and assembly plan, installation acceptance record, unified numbering of equipment, test report

Tower crane disassembly and assembly units shall have relative qualifications. 

Hoisting and lifting plan and approval

Roster of machine operators and lifting operators as well as copies of their operation certificates.

Record of inspection and rectification of hidden danger

Construction machines and tools

Use and storage of small- and medium-sized machinery shall be up to stipulations.

Exposed parts of mechanical transmission shall be equipped with protective devices.

Mechanical equipment shall be maintained as per stipulations.

Electrical control box of mechanical equipment shall be complete and effective.

Operating instructions shall be posted at the equipment operating site. Responsible person shall be designated and equipment shall be shutdown and locked when not in use.

Security and fire-fighting

Site security 

Security rooms shall be established at both the entrance and the exit of the construction site and duty shall be carried out day and night.

It is forbidden to live in the construction. 

Building materials, machines and tools and finished product safeguard measures are effective. 

Precautionary measures with regard to key departments and key parts shall be effective.

Site fire-fighting

Fire-fighting ways and passages both inside and outside buildings shall be unimpeded. 

Obvious fire signs shall be set up on site.

Setting up of fire-fighting facilities and equipment and fire-fighting equipment at key places shall be up to standard.

No smoking on the construction site

No place within the project shall be used as warehouses and flammable and combustible materials shall not be stored. 

Storage, handling, transport and use of inflammable and explosive goods shall be conducted as per standard.

Paint rooms and mixing rooms for oil workers shall be set up separately. 

Distance between oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders and operation with naked fire shall be up to standard. 

Vertical fire-fighting pipes shall be erected for buildings of above 24 meters and equipment shall meet requirements.

Operation with naked fire shall be up to standard.

Electric heating devices, etc. shall not be used on the construction site without approval.

Temporary buildings on site shall meet relative fire prevention regulations.
