1.Outline

General principle

The ship is a 1000ton non-self propelling ,non-revolving,luffable floating crane of steel quality ,single hull and single deck .The ship is suitable for handling various large size heavy cargo and assembling or dismantling large size machinery , water works ,etc within the range of coast ports ,main and tributary (huang pu river )ports as lower reachers of Yangzi river .I t can keep work for 300 hours at the navigation zone of grade III at the time of 6 beaufort wind scale and can be safely tugged and dispatched at off shore navigation zone at the time of 8 beaufort wind scale . If it has to be tugged at the unlimited navigation zone due to the project requirement ,an application can be made for CCS and it can be safely moored in the port .

The ship is equipped with three sets of hooks ,they are : a main hook of 1000ton (500ton×2) rated capacity ,a sub hook of 250 ton (125ton×2 )rated capacity and a small hook of 50 ton capacity .The main hook or sub hook can be lifted synchronously and independently as well . The small hook can work independly and match with the main and sub hooks to carry out turn-over operation .The ship is also furnished with a set of sling hooks (5 ton×2) .The boom can be lowered on a safer position at the time of far distance tugging .Regulation and norm

The ship is euipped with two sets of main Diesel-generator units (main engine )and the main engine supplies power for the crane and the electric ship shifting winches as well .

Two sets of aux. Diesel-generator units (aux. engine)and the aux engine provides power for the power mechnical equipment in the engine room and te air conditioner ,lighting and life services of the whole ship.

2.General arrangement and outline of the whole ship

The general arrangement of the whole ship refers to SJS701-100-02 and the whole ship provides 54 berths .

2.1 Hull hold arrangement

The stem and stern holds are provided with 8 ballast tanks for adjustment of ship trimming

FR11~FR171/2 is the range of the engine room and FR151/2~themiddle part of FR171/2 is the supervision room.

FR8~FR11 is equipped with fuel tank and cycling water tank and FR171/2 ~both sides of FR22 is provided with fresh water tanks .

At the left side of the holds ,the electric control room of the stern winch ,water heater room ,life foul water device hold and repair room are provided and the right side of the holds ,the inverse power resistor box room and electric control box room are offered .

FR171/2~FR22 of the holds are equipped with crew-spaces and there are 8 rooms for four men .

2.2 Main deck zone

At the middle part of the stern of the main deck a luffing winch ,2 main hoisting winches ,2 sub hoisting winches and 1 small hoisting winch are provided .At the both sides of FR8 of the stern a 150 KN electric ship shifting winch each is equipped and at the both sides of FR11 of the stern a 200 KN electric ship shifting winch each is equipped (as an anchor winch ). At the stern 2 anchor brackets for fixing stern anchors are equipped .

The middle part FR13~FR21 of the main deck is deck house ,equipped with a double-men room ,kitchen ,dinning room ,public wash room ,bath room , toilet, air conditioner room ,etc .At FR21 of the left and right fenders ,a small hoist of 2 ton×8m each is provided for lifting life articles and at FR18 of the right fender a small work craft for 5 persons isprovided .At the both sides of the stem FR29 of the main deck a 150 KN electric ship shifting winch each is fitted , at the both sides of FR25 a 200 KN electric ship sifting winch (as an anchor winch ) each is fixed and at the middle part of FR27 a 200 KN electric ship shiftig winch (as an anchor winch) is provided .At the right side of the midship FR33 a sling hook driving winch is installed and at the stem 3 groove type anchor pockets are provided for the sake of head-on-head operation .

2.3 Accomodation deck

On the accomodation deck 8 rooms of double men ,public wash room ,toilet and bath room are fixed .

2.4 Steering deck

On the steering deck cabin ,2 single man rooms ,1 room of double men ,meeting room , bath and toilet ,battery room ,charge and discharge room ,etc are provided .

3.Hull construction

The hull is of all welded steel construction and the main deck is strength deck .The main hull adopts longitudinal skeleton structure and the rib distance is 2000 mm .The deck room uses transverse skeleton structure and the rib distance is 500mm .

At 8#,171/2#,27# and 36# of the whole ship 4 water tight transverse bulkheads are provided .

At 8 m of the midship from the left and right fenders , 2 water tightlongitudinal bulkheads are provided .

5.life saving and fire fighting facilities

The whole ship is equipped with 59 life jackets , 9 life saving rings ,gas expanded life saving raft for 25 persons and 2 sets of raft rests on the main deck .The holds ae equiped with 10 hand foam extinguishers ,2 hand dry powder extinguishers ,4 hand CO2 extinguishers and 1 boat type extinguisher .

The superstructure is equipped with 12 hand foam extinguishers ,4 hand CO2 extinguishers and 2 hand light water extinguishers .

The whole ship is provided with 5 hydrant belt boxes ,Φ19 combined water gun of water fog /direct current with a switch ,hydrant belt ofΦ50×20 m ,hydrant ,4 sets of hydrant water barrel ,hdrant sand barrel and fire axes each on the main deck .

6.Signal equipment

The signal equipment of the ship is arranged as follows :

7.1 insulation

On the roof of the accomodation holds under the exposed deck is fitted the thick rock cotton of 50 mm .

For the accomodation holds in the exposed bulkheads ,the inner wall of the exposed bulkheads is fitted with the thick rock cotton of 30 mm .

The four walls of the concentrated control room are fixed with the thick rock cotton of 30 mm and the roof is fitted with the thick rock cotton of 50 mm .

7.2 Wood work

The roof and side walls of the accomodation room are fitted with the composite rock cotton plate of 25mm thick .

Rooms are seperated with independent non-steel wall plates of 50 mm or 75mm thick (composite rock cotton plate ).

7.3 Floor

For the floor of the accomodation rooms the light deck painting is coated first and painted with paint S921 or plastic floor .

For the floor of the working room and storage room the deck is painted with alkyd paint .

The floor of the kichen ,toilet and bathroom is cemented and the anti-slip ground bricks of the same quality are laid .

7.4 Hold facilitiesThe hold facilities and their arrangement refer to the hold arrangement drawings SJS701-303-02 ,if there is any change it should be confirmed by the shipowner.

8.Anti-corrosion

8.1 painting

The hull and the ballast water tank use epoxy asphalt paint ,the drinking water tank selects the epoxy drinking water tank paint ,the hold room chooses alkyd paint and the anchor cylinder ,etc adopt asphalt paint.The detail design refers to SJS701-208-02MX .

8.2 galvanic anode

The hull and the ballast water tank equipped with galvanic anode ,the design year is 10 years ,the detail lay refers to SJS701-396-01 galvanic anode layout .
