正常运行的变压器铁心一点接地,如果有两点或者两点
以上同时接地,则铁心与大地之间将形成电流回路,最大电流可达到几十安培,将会造成铁心局部过热甚至烧毁。因此,
对变压器铁心接地电流的实时在线监测是十分必要的。
1)数据采集采用两个不同量程的穿心式霍尔电流变送器,输出模拟量4-20mA,量程分别为:0-1A,0-10A。通过两个不同量程的电流变送器监测到数据并有选择的显示输出,可以减少误差,使测量到的数据更加准确;
2)箱体内安装温湿度控制器以及加热器,以此保证箱体内的元器件长期处于干燥、常温环境下运行,大大提高了箱体内元器件的使用寿命;
3)该装置内安装了数字显示仪,可以就地显示监测到的数据,并提供了远传数据通讯接口。 4)的后台分析软件;
5)根据铁心接地电流的大小,可串联相匹配的电阻来降低接地电流,从而为变压器争取最大限度的检修时间。
E CM-701型铁心接地电流监测装置是山东五岳电器有
限公司自主研制的新型变压器铁心接地电流监测装置,目前已获准国家专利,该装置采用穿心式霍尔电流变送器,可以精确地实时监测铁心接地电流,可直接输出模拟信号
(4-20mA),并可根据客户的要求,就地显示监测到的数值。
T he normally functioning transformer core has one earthing contact,
if there are two or more, current circuit will be formed between the
magnet core and the ground and the maximum electric current can reach dozens of ampere which will then cause the local overheating even burn down of the magnet core. So it is necessary to conduct real time on-line monitoring about the grounding current of the transformer core.
1) The data collecting uses two different multirange feedthrough Hall current transmitter,the output analog quantity is 4-20mA; the measuring range is 0-1A and 0-10A. Through two current transmitter with different analog quantity measuring the data and displaying it selectively can reduce the errors and make the measuring data more accurate;
2) Temperature and humidity controller and heater are installed inside the case which can ensure the spare parts inside the case can function under dry and normal temperature for a long term. In this way it extend the life span of the spare parts inside the case;
3) Digital indicator is installed inside the device which can display the measuring data and provide communication interface for long distance transmission;
4) independent background analyzing software;
5) It can have series connection with matchable resister to lower down the grounding electric current according to the amount of the grounding electric current of the magnet core which then will win maximum maintenance time for the transformer.
E CM-701 core grounded current monitoring device, which is a new
type of transformer magnet core, is researched by Shandong Wuyue
Electronics Co. Ltd. The product has the national patent applications. This device applys the feedthrough Hall current transmitter which can precisely monitor the magnet grounding current and directly output the analog signals (4-20mA). It can also display the monitored data according to the requirement of the customer.

T DM-761型变压器局部放电在线监测装置是基于特高
频(UHF)法监测变压器局部放电的原理,当变压器内部发生局部放电时,能激励其1GHz 以上的超高频电磁信号,该电磁信号在变压器内部传播时衰减较小,因此可以用特高频传感器接收。在特高频的范围内提取局部放电信号时,可以大大减少了外界干扰信号。该系统采用军品级数据采集、传输、处理系统,实现对现场运行的各等级变压器设备的局部放电情况进行在线实时智能监测。

T DM-761 type transformer partial discharge online monitoring device
is based on UHF method to monitor the partial discharge of transformer,
when the partial discharge happening inside transformer, the 1GHz ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic signal is produced, the signal can be received by UHF sensor as its low signal attenuation in transferring inside transformer. The partial discharge signal collected within UHF can reduce the chance of outside interference signal greatly. The data collection, transmit and processing is military level, and to realize real time online intelligent monitoring for partial discharge of all levels transformer operated on the spot.

2.UHF measurement technique can effectively identify and barrage the interference signal, to achieve quantitative monitoring for partial discharge of transformer.

变压器套管绝缘介损在线监测装置用于变压器三相套管的介损连续测量,采用傅立叶变换数字滤波技术,全自动智能化测量,强干扰下测量数据稳定。
1、连续监测、记录被测设备状态参数,及时有效地跟踪并发现容性设备的状态变化。
监测系统可有针对性地在线采集各高压容性设备的状态信息,包括介质损耗、电容量、末屏电流、系统电压等,并能在后台实时显示;
2、后台故障诊断模块根据监测数据能够有效判断被监测设备状况,或对潜伏性故障进行预警;
3、测量单元与一次设备连接安全可靠,并可在不断电的情况下对监测装置进行检修和维护;
4、监测系统所测数据与试验室数据相比较,满足基本误差要求;

安装光纤热点温度监测装置后,变压器输送容量可安全
提高至额定值,甚至超负荷安全运行,从而达到使变压器经济运行效益最大化。
光纤热点温度监测装置是基于 DFB 激光器驱动电流与发
出的激光信号的波长具有一定比例关系的特性,通过控制电流,产生特定波长的激光信号,激光信号通过光纤传输到高灵敏光纤光栅传感器,处理器对传感器的反射光信号
进行运算分析,获得传感器反射波长,解调出传感器感应的物理量的变化。当温度变化时,光栅将发生变化从而波长也发生变化,由于在一定范围内温度和波长成线性关系,根据波长的变化就可以得出温度的变化。
1.安全性高:整个系统的信号处理和控制单元处于远离工作区域的控制室,温度信息通过光信号传输,不受电磁干扰;传感器探头可承受长期的油浸和震动,长期使用无需校正,稳定可靠;

铁心紧固力在线监测装置,建立在大量实验基础之上,总结出了铁心振动体在不同运行情况下的变化,并有效的滤除了干扰信号,能真正有效的捕捉到铁心紧固力的数值。随着投入电网超高压变压器设备的增多,将油中颗粒度
污染做为监督指标,对变压器油的颗粒度进行检测,帮助工作人员正确分析变压器绝缘油污染情况,掌握设备的绝缘性能,将有利于设备安全稳定运行,并对安全生产有着十分重要的意义。
变压器油颗粒度监测装置主要通过在线实时的监测绝缘
油的颗粒度,分析油中颗粒对绝缘油绝缘性能的影响,根据国家新规定的油中颗粒度限值,告知用户是否需要进行滤油,以保证变压器良好的运行。传感器可在4um-6um、6um-14um、14um-21um 以及大于21um 几个范围内对油中颗粒进行检测,并通过后台软件进行计数运
算和用户界面显示,还可以通过RS232串口与计算机相连接,使用户在监测室的计算机上就能看到变压器绝缘油中含有颗粒数值,以便更好的了解变压器的运行状况。

on-line real-time monitoring the particles' degrees of insulating oil to

器在线监测装置主要用于平衡绕组外接避雷器运行状态的监测,通过监测某一相避雷器两端的电压变化来判断避雷器是否存在故障。利用监测泄漏电流的传统方法来判断避雷器工作状态的不足是,当阴雨天或污秽严重时,避雷器的泄漏电流将会显著增大,这给避雷器的故障判断增加了不确定性。避雷器在线监测装置可以将检测到的电压信号转换成4~20mA 的标准电流信号传送给现场数据采集器。

T he on-line monitoring device for the lightening arrestor of transformer
balancing winding developed by Shandong Wuyue Electronics Co.
Ltd, is mainly used for monitoring the functioning of the external lightening arrestor of balancing winding. The traditional way of judging the functioning state of lightening arrestor by monitoring the current leakage has limit like when it is a cloudy and raining day or there are too much dust on it, the current leakage of lightening arrestor will increase obviously which will raise the uncertainty of failure predication. This device monitors the voltage at both ends of one phase of lightening arrestor and the change of voltage to tell whether there is any failure, which can solve the difficult problem. 保证电力系统的安全运行,必须加强对变电站主变压器绝缘的监测。介质损耗因数(tanδ)是反映变压器绝缘状况的重要特性参数,对变压器进行介质损耗在线监测能及时有效的发现变压器整体受潮、绝缘油劣化、引线绝缘木支架和绝缘纸板局部缺陷等,防止出现变压器带故障运行,最终酿成重大停电事故。
变压器介损在线监测装置用于主变介损连续测量。本装置为一体化结构,采用傅立叶变换数字滤波技术,全自动智能化测量,强干扰下测量数据非常稳定。
通过对主变绕组电容电流信号及相应PT 二次电压信号进
行连续测量,测量电路采用傅立叶变换滤掉干扰,分离出
信号基波,对电压检测信号和电流检测信号进行矢量运算,计算出电容量及介质损耗因数tanδ。
根据用户的要求设定变压器介损报警值,当测量值达到报警值时,即声光报警或打印输出。
1)可实时获取监测数据,便于进行故障诊断和异常报警;
2)根据监测数据能够有效判断被监测设备故障,或对潜伏性故障进行预警,故障诊断模块功能需在远程中心上实现; 3)测量单元与一次设备连接安全可靠,并可在不断电的情况下对监测装置进行检修和维护;
4)监测系统在现场电磁干扰环境下具有良好的稳定性、可靠性;
5)监测系统测量数据与试验室试验数据相比对,满足基本误差要求;

on-line monitoring device for dielectric loss of transformer , which is in integral structure, employs fourier digital filtering technique and intelligent and automatic measuring and has extreme stability when measuring under strong interference, is mainly for the continuous measuring of the main transformer.

hrough the continuous measuring about the signal of the capacitance
current of the winding in the main transformer and the signal of
the relevant PT secondary voltage, by means of fourier digital filtering technique, the interference can be filered out, and the signal fundamental wave can be separated; through vector operation about the voltage detection signal and electric detection signal, the capacitance of condenser and dielectric loss of the transformer tanδ can be calculated.Set the alarm actuation value of the dielectric loss of the transformer according to the customer's requirement. When the measured value reaches the alarm actuation value, it will send out sound and light alarm or print it out.

is specially designed for electric operation of the spot transformer in the
remote areas. The real time monitoring is done by the manufacturer
which can ensure the product can always function normally. By
monitoring and analysing the spot functioning condition of the
transformer, this system can prevent the transformer failure or can easily
and fast resolve the problem when failure appears which will realize the
goal of better serving the transformer users especially the users not
from the power system.

智能电网,就是电网的智能化,也被称为“电网2.0”,它是建立在集成的、高速双向通信网络的基础上,通过先进的传感和测量技术、先进的设备技术、先进的控制方法以及先进的决策支持系统技术的应用,实现电网的可靠、安全、经济、高效、环境友好和使用安全的目标,其主要特征包括自愈、激励和包括用户、抵御攻击、提供满足21世纪用户需求的电能质量、容许各种不同发电形式的接入、启动电力市场以及资产的优化高效运行。
2、智能变压器
一个能够在智能系统环境下,通过网络与其他设备或系统进行交互的变压器。其内部嵌入的各类传感器和执行器在智能化单元的管理下,保证变压器在安全、可靠、经济条件下运行。出厂时将该产品的各种特性参数和结构信息植入智能化单元,运行过程中利用传感器收集到实时信息,自动分析目前的工作状态,与其他系统实时交互信息,同时接收其他系统的相关数据和指令,调整自身的运行状态。
W YEC系列变压器智能组件柜是我公司根据国家电网公司部门相关文件,针对国家电网智能化变电站项目自行研制开发的产品,集成实现了遥信、遥测、遥调信号、非电量保护信号、在线监测装置以及各种IED数据的采集与上传、有载开关和冷却系统的智能控制等主要功能,通过IEC61850标准通讯规约上传至站控层网络,达到了电力系统中应用的主变设备测量数字化、控制网络化、状态可视化、功能一体化和信息互动化的要求。

1、采用双层柜体,两层板材之间距离为25mm;
2、智能组件柜为前后开门,便于设备安装和连接;
3、组件柜的温度、湿度控制系统具有告警功能,能够对温度、
湿度控制传感器及控制器执行元件的异常工作状态进行告警;
4、组件柜对柜内温度、湿度具有调节和控制能力;
5、采用变压器测控装置,对变压器组件相关的遥信、遥测、
遥控开关量、模拟量信号进行采集;
6、组件柜包含非电量保护装置、可编程控制PLC冷却
装置、油色谱在线监测IED、局部放电监测IED、套管绝
缘在线监测IED、铁心接地电流IED、光纤测温在线监测
IED等智能电子装置;
7、所有IED遵循DL/T860(IEC61850)通信协议;
8、具有TRMS综合在线监测系统的功能。
1、Intelligent Elec tric Network
Intelligent electric network needs the support of intelligent
substation. All of equipments in an ultimate intelligent substation should
be intelligent totally, they can realize the high-speed interaction of
information and cooperation by the support of the network, so to ensure
the safe, economical and reliable operation. Intellectualization of primary
equipments are the bases of developing the intelligent substation.
Intelligent electric network is the intellectualization of electric
network, also known as the "electric network 2.0". It is based on the
integrated and high-speed-bidirectional communication network,
through the advanced sensors and measurement techniques, advanced
equipments and technology, advanced control methods, as well as the
application of advanced decision-supporting system technology, to
realize the reliable, safe, economical, efficient, environmental friendly
and safe use target of electric network. Its main features include the
self-healing, motivation and protection of users, resistences attacks,
offerring the power quality to meet the needs of the user in the 21st
century, allowing the access of all kinds of different power forms, start
of power market and the optimization efficient operation of assets.
2、Intelligent Transformer
This transformer can interact with other equipments or systems
through network in an intelligent system environment. All kinds of
sensors and actuators embedded in the internal part are managed by the
intelligent units to ensure the safe, reliable and economical operation of
the transformer. When out of factory, all kinds of products' characteristic
parameters and structure information are input into the intelligence units.
In the process of operation, using real-time information collected by
sensors to automatically analyse the current working state and interact
real-time information with other systems, at the same time receive other
systems' related data and instructions and adjust the state of operation.

偿器做为变压器油容积补偿元件和隔离元件,在彻底隔绝空气和潮气的条件下,实现对变压器主体油的体积补偿。在工作状态下,内置的波纹管像一个巨大的风匣漂浮在变压器油环境中,储油柜内部油通过下部的主油口与变压器本体油相连,波纹管内腔与外界大气相通。当变压器本体内的油随温度变化时,绝缘油发生体积的热胀冷缩,促使波纹管伸缩,从而改变储油柜内腔的容油体积,实现变压器油体积的补偿。

M etal bellows sealed oil conservator adopts advanced super-
flexible stainless steel bellows as capacity compensation element and
isolation seal element,and volume compensation for main body oil of transformer is realized under complete isolation of air and moisture conditions. In working state,built-in bellows , like a huge air box, floats in the transformer oil. Conservator is connected to oil tank of transformer through bottom main oil vent and inner cavity of bellows has a connection with the outer atmosphere. When the transformer oil temperature varies, the bellows extends or shrinks due to oil volume expansion caused by heat or contraction caused by cold,then changes the oil capacity of the conservator,and thus realizes oil volume compensation.

Features of corrugated expansion oil conservator 1.波纹膨胀体为全密封结构,不需加装吸湿器。变压器油与外界空气完全隔绝,真正实现了变压器的全密封。 2.波纹膨胀体采用不锈钢材料,使变压器油直接接触不锈钢表面,所以不会污染变压器油,有效防止油质劣化。 3.波纹膨胀体的结构及材质决定 了BP 型波纹膨胀储油柜具有工作寿命长,灵敏度高,维护量小的优点。 4.BP 型波纹膨胀储油柜打破了传统储油柜的油位指示模式,取消了油位计和转换表。可通过储油柜上的观察窗,户外直接观察指针位置,同时储油柜具有高.低油位报警装置,也可以通过语音报警装置在控制室对高、低油位进行语音提示,提醒守值人员注意并及时进行处理。 5.补偿量大。可按用户的需求特殊设计储油柜,满足不同的补偿量要求,不仅用于新变压器的配置,更能方便原有变压器改造传统储油柜。最大补偿量可以达到10000KG.

1. The corrugated expansion oil conservator is complete leakproof
structure, which does not need moisture absorber. The transformer oil is isolated from outside realizing complete leakproof of transformer. 2.The corrugated expansion body is made by stainless steel which make transformer oil contact the surface of stainless steel directly and will not pollute the transformer oil and prevent efficiently oily degradation .
3. Structure and material of corrugated expansion body decides the long working life, high sensitivity and low maintenance of BP corrugated expansion oil conservator.
4. Traditional oil level indicator and conversion table are canceled from BP type corrugated expansion oil conservator. User can see the position of indicator by observation window over by the conservator. At the same time the oil conservator has high and low warning device, as well as can set warning and voice prompt for high and low oil level which conveniences duty personal to notice and dispose it on time.
5. Compensation amount is large, for which can design oil conservator by user’s demand, it suits both reform of old type and new transformer, the maximum Compensation amount can reach 10000KG.

有载分接开关控制IED(简称OLTC IED)承担控制有载分接开关
档位、监测有载分接开关运行可靠性和控制可靠性的功能。就控制功能而言,OLTC IED 通过测控装置接收站控层设备的控制指令,实现对分接位置的控制。
可作为控制决策的主要信息包括:有载分接开关所在绕组的电压和
电流,由测量IED 提供;有载分接开关档位变更过程是否存在卡滞、驱
动电机是否过流等,由OLTC IED 自身采集判断。
