船长夜航命令簿管理规定

Night order book management regulations

1.为了夜间航行安全，正确地执行航次计划，设置《船长夜航命令簿》。

In order to ensure the safe navigation at night, the book is set up to make sure the voyage plan carry out accurately.

2.航行或锚泊中，船长每夜就寝前，应将有关航行要求及注意事项详细而明确地写入夜航命令簿，并放在海图室内规定位置。夜航命令簿不得涂抹。

During the navigation or anchorage, such information including the requirement and warnings should be definitely recorded in details on the night order book before captain sleeps. The night order book, not allow to smear, should be put on the appointed location in the chart room.

3.值班驾驶员时，应仔细阅读，充分了解夜航命令簿内各项内容和要求，阅后签字并严格执行，如有不明之处，应立即请示船长。

The navigator on duty should read the Night Order Book carefully and fully manages all the contents and requirements, signs and enforces after reading. If there is any doubt, just inquiry captain.

4.船长临时增改夜航指示内容时，应通知当班驾驶员，并在更改处签字。

If any instructions about night navigation will change or increase temporarily, captain should notice the navigator on duty what has changed and give a signature on the place changed in the Night Order book.

5.值班驾驶员在执行夜航命令簿指示时，如遇情况变化，有必要临时更改内容时，应及时报告船长，并由船长记入夜航命令簿。

The navigator on duty should perform navigation as the night ordered book instructions. If circumstances changed, it is necessary to temporary change the content, and promptly report it to the captain, which the changed contents should be written into the Night Order book by the captain.

6.船长应检查值班驾驶员执行夜航指示情况，如未严格遵守，应批评指出并督促改正。

The captain should check on the execution about the night order, if did not conduct, should strictly criticize and point out what’s wrong and urge to correct.

7.夜航命令簿由船长保管，三年后送安监部保存或处理。

The night order book should be kept by captain for three years and transferred to Safety Supervision Department which will preserve it or be at his disposal.
