My favorite Chinese Food
Dumplings are one of the most delicious Chinese food I’ve ever had. People like to eat dumplings during the Spring Festival, wishing to get good luck in the coming year. Dumplings can be filled with beef, pork or vegetables and be cooked in many different ways.
I like dumplings not only because of their delicious taste but also the sweet memory along with them. I still remember making and eating dumplings with my family on the New Year’s Eve. My parents were busy making the dumplings while my brother and I were playing games beside. We threw the flour to each other, waiting eagerly to get a dumpling with a coin in it. That is the best memory of my childhood and now changes into the deep love for family members.
If you have a chance to experience Chinese food, I hope you can try dumplings.

Each country has its own customs. Sometimes even the simplest things--like handshakes can be entirely different.
In Mexico, expect a long-lasting handshake which could be followed by a hug. But If you are a man, don’t hug a woman you don’t know well.
In Australia, women are supposed to offer their hands first.
Shake lightly and quickly in France. Family and friends greet with a kiss on both sides of the face.
In Brazil, expect a handshake that lasts long. Repeat when you leave.
It’s impolite to shake hands quickly in Turkey. If it feels like hand holding, that is a sign of friendship.
Got all that? Great, now you can be sure to greet properly on your travels.
