    产品试验计划                                                                

    1、钢筋:不同规格、不同厂家、不同炉批号钢筋原材均做抽样检查,每次抽样检查代表批量不大于60t。

    (1)标养试块不超过100m3的同配合比的混凝土,取样不得少于一次;当一次连续浇筑超过1000m3时,同一配合比的混凝土每200m3取样不得少于一次;每一楼层、同一配合比的混凝土,取样不得少于一次。                                                                

    (2)同条件试块同一标号每次浇筑均不得少于一组,顶板、梁模板混凝土浇筑时同一标号试块再多加两组。                                                                

    (3)抗渗混凝土试块,本工程c40混凝土为1组,c30混凝土不少于3组。 5、钢筋焊接:同一楼层、同一规格应以300个接头为一批,不足300个接头仍做为一批。切取3个接头做拉伸试验,梁、板另切取3个做弯曲试验。                                                                

    6、钢筋直螺纹连接:同一施工条件下的同一批材料的同等级、同规格接头以500个接头为一批,不足500个接头仍按一个验收批做切取试件做试验。                                                                

    7、回填土:每层虚铺厚度不大于300mm。基槽和室内填土,每层按100~500m2                                                                

    取样1组;基坑和管沟回填每20~50m取样1组,但每层均不少于1组,取样部位在每层压实后的下半部。                                                                

    8、防水卷材:大于1000卷抽5卷,每500~1000卷抽4卷,100~499卷抽3卷,100卷以下抽2卷。                                                                

    防水涂料:每10t为一批,不足10t按一批抽样。                                                                                                                                    

    9、门窗工程:每一规格做一组抗风压性、气密性、水密性试验。 10、其它材料根据规范规定抽取试验。                                                                

    工程地基与基础、主体施工完毕后,由质量监督机构对现场混凝土等进行检测。篇二:建筑工程检测计划表1

    某省某高速公路网某合同段试验检测计划书                                                                

    试验检测工作在工程的质量管理活动中占有重要地位,它不但是保证公路工程质量的重要手段,也是质量监督控制工作的眼睛。通过试验检测工作,用定量的方法,科学地鉴定材料和工程实体质量状况;通过试配(配合比)试验,可合理优化地使用材料。为使该工程质量达到国家标准的规定,保证试验管理活动的开展有章可循,特制定如下计划: 1.范围:

    建立健全工程施工过程控制程序,有效地控制施工全过程原材料质量,混凝土施工质量,浆砌体质量,为施工提供合理的施工参数,为工程提供公正、公平的检测数据。 3.编制依据:                                                                

    3.1 交通运输部及相关部委颁发的检验、评定规范; 3.2  《工程试验工作管理实施细则》; 3.3  《质量管理手册》; 3.4  某合同段施工设计图纸; 3.5  某合同段合同文件                                                                

    3.6  已批复的某合同段总体施工组织设计 4.试验管理: 4.1 试验管理要求:                                                                

    4.1.1 现场试验员由项目部工程管理部领导,业务上受公司试验室指导。负责现场原材料取样、送样、混凝土及砂浆试块制作、养护、简易土工等试验工作。 4.1.2 试验人员要持证上岗。                                                                

    4.1.3 如试验结果不合格,应及时向工程技术负责人报告。 4.2 施工现场试验员职责范围:                                                                

    结合工程实际进展情况,及时委托各种原材料试验,提出混凝土、砂浆各种配合比申请。根据实际情况调整配合比。各种原材料的取样方法、数量必须按现行标准及有关规定执行。委托各种原材料试验,必须填写委托试验单。委托试验单的填写必须项目齐全,字迹清楚,不得涂改,项目内容包括:材料名称、产品牌号、产地、品种、规格、到达数量、使用单位、出厂日期、进场编号、试件编号、要求试验项目。                                                                                                                                    

    钢材试验,除按上述要求填写外,凡送焊接试件者,必须注明钢的原材料编号。原材料与焊接试件不在同一试验室试验尚需将原材试验结果抄在附件上。                                                                

    随机抽取施工过程中的混凝土、砂浆拌合物,制作施工强度检验试块。试块制作时必须有试块制作记录。试块必须按单位工程连续统一编号。试块在成型24小时后用墨笔注明制模日期、使用部位、强度等级及试件编号,然后拆模。凡需在标养室养护的试块 ,拆模后立即进行标准养护。                                                                

    及时索取试验报告单,转交给工地有关技术人员。 统计分析现场施工的混凝土,砂浆强度及原材料的情况。                                                                

    委托试验结果不合格,应按规定送样进行复试。复试仍不合格,应将试验结论报告技术主管,及时研究处理办法。                                                                

    收集原材料、成品、半成品的质量证明书。 收集送检试验报告。  4.3 施工现场试验员工作守则                                                                

    1、热爱试验工作,不断进行业务学习,提高业务水平,必须严格按照规范、规程、标准执行。                                                                

    2、工作认真,不辞辛苦,认真做好施工试验记录,定期做整理总结。                                                                

    3、试验、取样工作中不弄虚作假,不敷衍应付,遵守职业道德,对工程的全部试验数据敢于做出保证。                                                                

    4、搞好和材料供应、施工班组的协作关系,当好技术主管的得力助手,把好工程质量这一关。                                                                

    5、试验工作必须严格遵守国家、部和地区颁发的现行有关公路工程的法规、技术标准、试验方法等规定。                                                                

    6、结合本单位实际情况建立健全管理制度,包括试验管理、岗位责任、仪器设备管理、标准养护室管理、试验委托管理等,以确保试验工作的可靠性和精确度。                                                                

    7、试验委托单、原始记录、试验报告单等必须按专业分类建立台帐,并统一编号,相互衔接。

    6.检验项目及取样方法 6.1 细集料试验 1、分批方法:                                                                

    以进场数量为一检验批,每检验批代表数量不得超过200 m3。 2、取样方法和试样份数:                                                                

    取样前先将取样部位表层铲除,然后由各部位抽取大致相等的砂,组成一组样品。 3、取样数量:                                                                

    对所有的每组试样,可采用缩分法将其缩分至材料质量略多于进行试验所必须的量为止。 每一试验所需砂的最少取样数量

    对同一水泥厂生产的同期出厂的同品种,同标号的水泥,以一次进场的同一出厂编号的水泥为一批。且同一批的总量不得超过200吨,散装500 t。随机地从不少于20袋中各取等量水泥,经混拌均匀后,再从中称取不少12kg水泥作为检验试样。将采取的12kg水泥试样分成两份:一份由试验室进行试验,一份密封保存三个月,以备有疑问时复检。 6.3 粗集料试验 1、分批方法:

    分析本工程涉及的检测可分为建筑材料检测、主体结构工程检测、建筑幕墙和门窗工程检测、节能工程检测四大类,抽样标准按照上海市相关检测标准执行,抽样数量由检测单位自定,所有进场原材及现场检测全程由建设单位委托的监理见证人员监督。                                                                

    ⑴建筑主材有                                                                

    1、混凝土试件:                                                                

    本工程涉及混凝土标号有c15、c20、c30、 c35、c40、c50,试件类型有抗压、抗渗、同条件,抗压抽样数量按同标号100m3内取一组,抗渗同标号500m3内取一组,同条件按建设单位、监理单位商定方案取样。                                                                

    2、钢筋原材:                                                                

    预计使用1500吨左右,实际取样方式按同厂家同炉批号60吨内取一组。                                                                

    3、钢筋机械连接件:                                                                

    实际机械连接钢筋规格、数量以现场为准,保证取样数量以同规格500个接头内取1组。                                                                

    钢筋焊接材料:                                                                

    实际钢筋焊接规格、数量以现场为准,保证取样数量以同规格300个接头内取1组。                                                                

    回填材料:                                                                

    本工程采用轻型机械30cm一层回填,回填前对回填土做最大干密度与最优含水量,基坑周边回填按每50m环刀法取样一点。                                                                

    墙体材料:                                                                

    墙体采用小型混凝土空心砌块强度mu7.5,按同厂家同等级100000块取一组,抽样数量由检测单位定。                                                                

    砂浆:                                                                

    砌筑砂浆采用强度m5.0,按砌筑方量算250m3取样一组砂浆试块,预计2000m3左右取样8组,试模按70.7*70.7*70.7。                                                                

    防水材料:                                                                

    合成高分子防水卷材≥1.5,预计8000㎡左右,抽样数量按大于1000卷抽5卷,                                                                                                                                    

    100~500卷抽3卷,100卷以下抽2卷。                                                                

    ⑵主体结构工程检测                                                                

    结构钢筋混凝土保护层检测:                                                                

    按梁、板类构件2%算,不少于5个构件进行检测。                                                                

    后置埋件现场力学性能检测:                                                                

    按每检验批后置埋件总数的1‰算,不得少于3根。                                                                

    ⑶建筑幕墙和门窗工程检测                                                                

    门窗按气密性6级以上,抗风压2.0≤p3≤2.5,水密性3级,空气隔声性能3级,同一窗型同一规格尺寸应至少检测三樘                                                                

    ⑷节能工程检测                                                                

    本工程外墙为40厚岩棉保温,屋面80厚采用泡沫玻璃保温板,按同厂家同规格6000㎡内取1次,6000~12000㎡内不少于2次,12000~20000㎡内不少于3次。非的封闭汽车库与相邻功能房间的楼板采用15厚无机保温砂浆,施工过程中制作同条件养护试件,每个检验批不少于3组。外窗采用断热铝合金低辐射中空玻璃(6+12a+6遮阳型),传热系数3.00w/㎡.k,玻璃遮阳系数0.57,可见光透射比0.40,按同一厂家同一品种抽检不少于1组。

    一、工程概况                                                                

    湖南省湘西自治州龙山茨岩塘至永顺公路工程项目起于龙山县茨岩塘,止于g209国道永顺县城南的岔氽,线路全长62.00公里(另建不二门大桥连接线1.198公里)。全线按二级公路建设,设计速度采用40km/h,路基宽8.5m,沥青砼路面。本项目共计桥梁11座,其中大桥1108 m/7座,中桥 144 m/2座, 小桥 33 m/2座。                                                                

    本线路地形条件复杂,全线均为重丘地貌,地面高程为340~900余米,最高处为铁路坡,坡顶高程约为900m,地势起伏大,线路穿越多重山脉。本项目路线多沿冲沟展布,一般与山丘、山脉呈小角度相交,本次采用隧道方式穿越高陡的山脉,以改善行车条件,提高行车安全程度和舒适感。拟建项目主要沿x004和g209改造,部分路段利用了既有公路改建,与现x004、g209相距较近,除铁路坡隧道及局部新建段交通不便以外,其余路段交通较方便。                                                                

    根据工程地质调查、测绘,结合工点勘探资料,已查明沿线的主要地质层,其结构形式多为二元结构,表层第四系(q)覆盖层均很薄,多为0~3m厚的碎石土堆积层,最厚5m左右,结构较松散,透水性好,少量粘性土及砂类填充,无胶结,下为基岩,且基岩大部分直接出露。                                                                

    线路通过区域主要构造体系为杨子准地台八面山褶皱带之武陵褶皱束,发育一系裂北北东向和北西向地质构造,断裂多为北西构造,而褶皱多属北北东构造,其中对本项目有影响的褶皱主要有天堰背斜,铁路坡~兰家坪溪向斜;断裂主要有红岩溪~铁路坡张扭性断裂(f1)和大农车~大干溪~老寨沟平移断裂(f2)等。                                                                

    铁路坡~兰家坪溪向斜的两翼隆起,地形高差较大,致使路线翻越困难,路线采用隧道方案穿越两翼;而大农车~大干溪~老寨沟断裂形成了一条相对较低缓的一个地形带,构成了路线方案的走廊带;断裂以平移压性断裂为主,对两盘岩石的完整性有一定影响,致使岩石裂隙较发育,完整性较差,尤其对软质岩产生的影响较大,因此,泥质页岩地段的挖方路基边坡应加强防护。                                                                

    (1)地表水:路线所经区域为猛洞河西岸的山区,区内主要地表水系为猛洞河及其支流红岩溪,地表水系主要由小河和山间沟、渠组成,干旱季节严重缺水,雨季时河、溪水陡涨陡消,水流冲刷强烈,水位随季节变化大,枯水期一般为8                                                                                                                                    

    月至翌年3月,枯水期为本线路良好的施工时期。                                                                

    路线区域内k10+000~k19+200伴红岩溪而行,溪宽一般40~60m,水深一般0.3~2.0m,高程一般400~405m,水量一般较小,洪水时陡涨陡降。k73+100~k76+710.437段分布于猛洞河高阶地,猛洞河宽一般60~100m,水深一般0.8~2.0m,水位高程一般为249~250m,常年有水,水量较大,雨季时陡涨陡降。                                                                

    线路较多展布于山体的缓坡上,这些缓坡上往往堆积有较厚的松散碎石土,在雨季时,山水冲刷强烈,易造成碎石土顺岩石表面产生滑坡、崩塌等不良地质现象,产生公路病害,影响公路运营安全。                                                                

    (2)地下水:路线表土中赋含少量孔隙潜水,但地下水主要为基岩中的裂隙潜水和岩溶裂隙水,局部赋存构造裂隙潜水,由大气降水和地下迳流补给,受季节影响很大,一般春夏季节时水量大,地下水沿裂隙、节理排泄,汇集于山沟,顺地势排向猛洞河;秋冬季节,由于天气降水少,裂隙潜水水量很小,小山沟断流,严重缺水,有时连居民生活用水都很困难。                                                                

    (3)地下水的腐蚀性:根据沿线取水样分析,区域内地下水对钢筋混凝土均不具腐蚀性。                                                                

    本区属中亚热带山区季风湿润气候区,四季分明,热量较足,雨量充沛,水热同步,温暖湿润;夏无酷暑,冬少严寒,垂直差异悬殊,立体气候特征明显,小气候效应显著;年平均气温15.8~16.9℃;年均降水量1300~1500毫米,雨量多集中春、夏,多风秋旱。                                                                

    勘察表明隧道区域无煤系地层和含碳质高地层,因此,隧道通过区内无可燃、有毒、有害气体和放射性物质等。                                                                

    据2001年8月1日国家地震局颁布实施的《中国地震动参数区划图》(1:400万,2001.8.1),本地区地震动峰值加速度值小于0.05g,设计地震特征周期为0.35s(相当于地震基本烈度小于vi度区)。根据《公路工程抗震设计规范》(jtj004-)规定,大中型构造物可考虑简易防震设施,其它可不设防。                                                                

    湘西自治州境内山水秀丽,佳景荟萃,自然景观与人文胜迹交相辉映,本项目沿线附近有永顺县不二门等风景区,在本项目实施后,能有效的将龙山、永顺等几县主要旅游景区景点珠连成串,对促进区域内旅游经济的发展具有重要作用。                                                                                                                                    

    受湖南省湘西自治州交通建设质量安全监督站委托,长沙理工大公路工程试验检测中心(以下简称我检测中心)对该项目的工程质量进行交工验收检测。各合同段起、终点桩号见表1。该检测段主要工程量见表2。

工程检测计划表

检验批工程质量检验记录随工程进度进行。产品试验计划1、钢筋:不同规格、不同厂家、不同炉批号钢筋原材均做抽样检查,每次抽样检查代表批量不大于60t。2、水泥:同一生产厂家、同一等级、同一品种、同一批号且连续进场的水泥作抽样一次。抽样代表批量散装不超过500t,袋装不超过200t。3、砂:每次进场均做复试,代表批量不超过400m3。4、混凝土试块:(1)标养试块不超过100m3的同配合比的混凝土,取样不得少于一次;当一次连续浇筑超过1000m3时,同一配合比的混凝土每200m3取样不得少于一次;每
