In this context, I think has the following reasons:Firstly, there are too many graduates and not enough jobs.The rate of unemployment and underemployment of college graduates is on the rise in recent years because of the competitive job market.Secondly,some graduates are not satisfied with the present job and their enthusiasm for work has been frustrated. 

To solve these problem, on the one hand,it is a long-term strategy and policy of the state to expand employment.On the other hand,college students have to do much more than study in order to make themselves employable once they graduate.We must belive that the job market will being optimistic,
