企业文化与个人成长英语演讲稿

Just at the day I Joined in XCMG, I saw the words which reads "Taking great responsibility, marching on broad road, achieving significant value”. These characters looks very nice, but at that moment, they were merely nine simple words in my mind. After a year of work here, now I find these nine words have been rooted in my heart. 

Taking great responsibility: that is to say, we HYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"all HYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"shouHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"lHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"d be ambitious ,keep our mission supreme and make our objective clear . we should always dedicate to our career bravely and readily .

Marching on broad Road : thatHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/" is to say , we shoud cultivate ourselves to be a man with loyalty 、credit and professional discipline.

Achieving significant value: that is to say ，we should try our best to pursuit a successful career, creat an outstanding achievement, realize our life purpose . 

Based on this motto, XCMG  has accomplished a significant rise in annual revenue from $386 million at its birth day to $66 billion in 2010 and keeps itself as a pioneer of construction machinery industry in China for 22 years. SHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"ince its establishment, XCMG never ceased its steps to contribute to the society and always showed people a thriving State . Why? Why can it be flourishing for 22 years. Having been here for a year, I could discover thHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"is mystery finally. The value of an enterprise is not decided by its achievement but by its contribution to the society. The more contribution a company dedicates to the society, the greater recognition it acquire from people. Conversely, if an enterprise always obtain without contributiHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"ng, even to cause harm to the society, then the company’s existence does not make any sense.

The same goes for an employee, as members of XCMG, we haHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"ve been taking every piece of our energy to serve our people, dedicate our youth to our society. we  keep our selves in coincidence with this philosophy, and always show a enterprise with" strict, practical, ambitious and innovative " spirit in front of  the world.

 Recalling my first time that I entered into the company ,I saw various advanced products, professional working skills, as well as rigorous work attitude of our staff. All of these are what I have not experienced at school and in my heart the fHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"iery feeling told me : I like here! 

In practicing phase, we did not work at specific divisions.So I helped my colleagues for a lot of sporadic works which got me a more comprehensive understanding of the company. DHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"uring this period, I found that knowledges received in school textbook is far from enough for doing a great job here. Fortunately I was delighted to notice that all my colleagues from Technology Center were very enthusiastic to help me with my questions, and transfered their technology experHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"tise to me without reservation. The indifference among employees in state-owned enterprise which I heard originally did not exist at all. I feHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"lt warmness just as if I had been working with my family members. I believe we will be an excellence team with unity consistently. 

This reminds me of a story. In lHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"egend, Buddha shijiamoni questioned his disciple once : " How can a drop keeps form becoming dry? " Disciple thought hard : Only one drop of water, wind can blow it dry, a pinch of Earth can suck it, how long could its life maintain? Disciples could not get a satisfied solution. Shijiamoni said : "PHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"ut it into a River. " 

Now I am delighted to have the honour to be able to join a collective of solidarity, harmonHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"y as XCMG. We share the common goal, and everyone strives for that target. 

I am a young and immature employee right now , I need the helps from my superiors and colleagues.BHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/"ut I believeHYPERLINK "http://dict.bing.com.cn/", through continuous learning and accumulation, one day I can make my own part of contributions to the development of our special construction machinery family !
