●People: warm-hearted, hospitable, hard-working, industrious, honest, intelligent 

●Food: be famed/well-known for sea food. Such as crab, prawn, oyster, blah  

●Industry: booming industries involve: IT and tourism. The main source of income. Give the city a promising future. 

●Event: international beer/fashion festival bring world wide fame to the city/make the city more charming and romantic.

●Education: be packed with universities. Provide the first-class higher education. Provide the intelligence to support the local economy.
