5. The fourth chapter involves the responsibilities and execution mechanisms of the supervision and management.
6. The fifth chapter clearly outlines the legal responsibilities for violating the Secrets Law.
7. The sixth chapter is the Annex, including supplementary regulations such as the effective date of the law.
8. This law has been in effect since October 1, 2010.
