Here are the steps for the rolling massage technique:
1. Place the tips of the index, middle, and ring fingers of both hands on the chest cavity (at the lower point of the sternum), then rotate clockwise twenty-one times, followed by counterclockwise twenty-one times.
2. Starting from the chest cavity, use the same fingers to move downward in a smooth motion, massaging until reaching the pubic bone area.
3. From the pubic bone, divide the fingers to massage to both sides, continuing the motion until reaching the meeting point of the hands over the pubic area.
4. Push downward from the chest cavity to the pubic area with the fingers twenty-one times.
5. Rotate the right hand in a clockwise direction and the left hand in a counterclockwise direction around the navel area, twenty-one times each.
6. Grip the lower back area on the right side with the right hand (with the thumb facing forward and the other four fingers supporting from behind), and use the left hand to push straight down from the left breast to the thigh root, twenty-one times.
7. Repeat the same process on the left side.
After completing the above steps, sit up and assume the "double lotus" position (where both feet are crossed and sitting on the ground).
