Building lightning protection design code

第一章 总则

Chapter 1 General provisions

第一条 为了保护建筑物及其内部设备免受雷击危害，维护人民财产安全，根据《中华人民共和全生产法》和《中华人民共和国建筑法》，制定本规范。

Article 1 In order to protect buildings and their internal equipment from lightning damage, protect the safety of people's property, and in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safety Production and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Construction, this Code is formulated.

第二条 本规范适用于新建、改建的建筑物的防雷设计，以及存在防雷安全隐患的建筑物的改造。

Article 2 This Code applies to the lightning protection design of newly constructed and reconstructed buildings, and the transformation of buildings with hidden dangers of lightning protection.

第三条 本规范所称的建筑物，是指高度不超过200m的建筑物，包括建筑物内的室内设施，以及与建筑物有密切联系的建筑物外的室外设施。

Article 3 The building referred to in this Code means a building with a height not exceeding 200m, including indoor facilities in the building and outdoor facilities closely related to the building.
