His name is Tracy McGrady and he is very healthy.

He often gets up early.After getting up , he does morning exercises five times a week.Then he washes his face and brushes his teeth.He never has breakfast, but he likes eating snacks very much.He drinks milk every day or sometimes drinks coffee.As for fruit,he always eats two apples before going to bed.He sleeps for ten hours every night. On weekends, he ofen goes to visit his parents with his kids.Tracy loves his wife .So you can see,he watches movies with his wife twice a week. From his activities,we can see Tracy McGrady is a healthy man.How happy he is!

Unit2

Lily didn't come to school yesterday because she fell ill. So I went to see her in the hospital after school. She told me she had stomache often. I asked her what did she had yesterday, she said she had too much meat. I told her that she should have a balanced diet, such as more healthy food and stayed away from the junk food and meat. She thanked me for my advice.

First of all, we should pay attention to sleep. Hold the prime stage of life, so that the very next day more spirit of learning and working. Second, pay attention to diet, not picky eaters, not a partial eclipse, not overeating. We must pay attention to regular exercise, improve their immune. Finally, to less crowded public places, such as less infectious disease

It’s glad to hear from you last week. Now, I’l l tell you what we will do this summer holiday.

There are lots of things to see in Beijing. My parents will take us to Tian’anmen Square

. It’s the centre of Beijing. Thousands of people visit there every day. Then, we would go toBeihai Park. Would you li ke to go there? It’s a very beautiful park. In the park, you can hardly hear the traffic. The sun is shining and the birds are singing. The views are very lovely. My parents would take us to Laoshe’s Teahouse. And there are lots of interesting things to see. Such as: Beijing opera, magic shows and so on. And we would eat lots of Chinese traditional food.

My home is far away from my school . So, I have to take the bus first , it takes me about 10 minutes. It's about 10 minutes' walk. Then , I have to take the subway . it takes me about 8 minutes. It's about 9 kilometers. Then, I walk to my school. Do you think my home is far away from school? So, I have to get up early.

A wonderful birthday party

Last Sunday ，I went to my freind Mary’s birthday party。It was really wonderful！

The birthday party started at 6 pm。All of her freinds came to her house。Mary’s mother made a big birthday cake for Mary。First of all，we sang Happy Birthday Song for her。Then we ate the big cake happily。After that，we played party games together。

How happy we were！How wonderful the birthday party was！
