as if用法点滴

as if 是连词，引导方式状语从句或表语从句，意思是“好像----似的”，“仿佛---似的”。其用法如下：

1引导含有虚拟语气的从句，表示情况不是真的，而是主观的想象. 如果表示和现在事实相反， 从句谓语用过去时。 例如：

He talks as if he knew all about it.

Mr Wang speaks English as if he were an Englishman.

表示和过去事实相反， 从句谓语用过去完成时。例如

He looks as if he had seen a ghost.

2 as if 引导的从句也可以表示真实的情况，如：

She walks as if there is something wrong with her foot.

It looks as if it is going to rain.

It seems as if the boy has lost his way.

3 as if 后面可以直接接不定式或分词，这实际上是从句的省略形式。

如果从句的动作在主句的动作之后，是主句谓语的目的状语，as if 后面就接不定式，例如：

He opened his lips as if to say something

She is hurrying to the station as if to meet someone.

4如果从句的动作和主句的动作同时发生，as if 后面就接现在分词，例如：

Bob is anxiously looking around as if expecting someone.

The man cried with all his strength as if hoping to be heard by everyone.

5如果从句的动作先于主句的动作且表示被动，as if 后面就接过去分词，例如：

The letter is messy and confusing as if written in a great hurry.

The boy was black and blue all over as if beaten up.

6 as if 后面除了接非谓语动词，还可以接名词或形容词，例如。

He acts as if a fool.

She hurriedly left the room as if angry.
