Buying a House or Renting a House

     Nowadays, many young couples are in a dilemma as to whether to buy a house or rent a house. As far as I am concerned, the young couple renting house temporarily is much better than buying a house.

     On the one hand, renting house has lots of advantages. First, hiring a house is much cheaper than buying a house, so people can thrift a portion of money, which could be invested in business, children' s education, or, just saved in a bank in the light of their own condition. Second, it is convenient to lease a house where people want to live on the basis of their working demand.Third, according to a latest survey, buying a 100 square meters house needs 1,000,000RMB. With the same money, however, people can live at least for 16 years which is longer than purchasing a house.

     On the other hand, buying house is not a wise choice. Considering their economic foundation, the young couples cannot afford the expensive house price. Even if they apply for a bank loan, they would have a hard time to pay for it. As a result, both the man and the woman will feel exceedingly exhausted, which will directly affect their affection. 

     In addition, as an old saying goes, "East or West, home is the best. " Only if the home where the young couple live together, they will feel happy even though it' s just a rental house not a purchased house.
