Firstly , as a child of my parents , I can learn love and laughter and how to put one foot before the other from my parents . They tell us to love others , pick up the habit of providing myself help to others whenever one need . Besides , as a student , I can learn from our teachers ,because they not only tell us how to love others , but tell us how to show appreciation to people who give us love and so on .

2.How to improve your health and your love   

As we all know, health and love is very important for everybody. So, it is necessary for us to improve our health and love. We can say the ways are various. When it comes to health, some people improve their health by eating health food, picking up good diet habit, or by doing regularly exercises. Like playing footballs, running, singing and so on. But as to the love, I think, it is our inner feelings such as the love that play very importance role when we want to improve it. And helps others aand cherish the love from other people. Therefore, there is not any difficult for us to improve our health and love if only you are determined.

3.Joys of being healthy

   Good health is very important to everyone. If you don't have good health, you will lose many chances of fulfilling your dream. If you are sick, you couldn't do the job. The boss will fire you. So I suggest that you should not forget the importance of doing excises and sports. Take my case, I play Ping-pong two hours every morning, I feel energetic for the whole day. 

4.Be aware of mental health

Abstract with the development and changes of the modern society, the future society put forward higher requirements for the quality of people, requiring every person to have the spirit of facing the reality, not being  afraid of difficulties having the pioneering spirit, with the ability to co-operation, communication and the innovative spirit. This means that the cross-century generation not only should have good intelligence quality, but also have a healthy psychology. So we can say, kindergarten education is the foundation of the quality education of our people, it is not only the preparation for the primary stage of learning and living, more importantly, the preparation for their lifelong development and health psychology. Therefore, we should be aware of mental healthy

5.Opportunities favor the prepared mind

   As we all know , the sentence that opportunities favor the prepared mind means that opportunities always knock at the prepared person’s door .No matter what we will do ,it is vital for us to prepare anything before we do . For example , as the Sports Meeting is drawing near , athletes work harder in order to bring forth their best performance . Everyday ,the excellent athletes gathered and take special training ,but they never complain, because they understand the real meaning of the proverb opportunities favor the prepared mind . 

6..A national symbol of China

    In China, I think Dragon is the symbol of the Chinese nation, every Chinese is “the inheritor of dragon”, the dragon became a kind of culture. At the bottom of Chinese heart, dragon occupies the incommutable position. It is said that adoration of the nature and the find wish that produce good. People constructed a power animal that had ability to rain and raise with the devil, which was the dragon.

   In the feudal age, the dragon symbolized the royal power, it was inviolable. Today, the dragon even becomes a kind of mascot, it belongs to the common people. In this new age, dragon is given the new life. It won’t only be the symbol of China but also the Chinese spirit and it will represent the Chinese nation as well.

7. What I want to do before die 

   Now, I am a college student ,if I receive the bad news that I will die ,I think ,the first I want to do is to accompany my parents and enjoy the time with my parents to express my love to them . The second is that ,because I am young ,the life for me is too short to do some thing meaningful ,and to do something I haven’t ever do to realize the value of my life .Besides , I want to tell people to be aware that the life is very fragile, and make them think about the value of their lives and encourage them to make full use of each day to pursue their dreams .
