本工程工程类别为一类高层建筑,主要结构形式为框架剪力墙结构;总建筑面积225.84 m2,设计使用年限为50年。 建筑层数为-1+19层,负层为车库层,层高7.1m,一层为商铺、层高5.1米;二至三层为商铺,层高4.5米;四至十九层为办公楼,层高5.1米,建筑总高度102.4m。抗震设防烈度为六度,抗震等级三级。

车库层柱断面尺寸为:600*600,1100*1100,1200*1200的矩形柱。挡墙墙体厚度500mm。筒体墙体厚度400,300mmm。钢筋规格主要有:16,18,20,22,25,箍筋主要为φ8,φ10,12。柱筋接头形式为:柱钢筋接头形式全部为机械连接接头。

车库层梁断面尺寸为:200*400,200*500,200*600,250*600,300*700,350*800,400*800,400*1200。梁钢筋规格主要有:12,14,16,18,20,22,25,箍筋主要为φ6.5,φ8,φ10,8,12。梁筋接头形式为:16以上的钢筋接头形式为机械连接接头,16以下的钢筋接头形式为绑扎搭接接头。

车库层板厚为160mm,板筋全部为双层双向+附加钢筋的方式。板筋双层双向钢筋为8@150,附加钢筋规格为6,8,10。

我司从8月18日开始对车库层进行施工,架管搭设时间4天,柱、墙钢筋绑扎4天,梁、板模板安装3天,梁钢筋绑扎3天,板筋绑扎2天,柱、墙模板安装及加固4天。一层施工中由于下雨等原因,一层施工时间总计20天。

本层施工面积约为1900m2,钢筋约210T,原材分2次进场,进场时间分别为6月24日和7月12日,钢筋进场后监理现场见证取样送检,检测结果全部合格。

8月26日监理在现场对柱、梁钢筋机械连接接头进行了现场取样并送检,取样送检柱筋规格有:16,18,20,22,25各一组,梁筋取样送检的规格有:16,18,20各一组,22,25各2组。检测结果为I级接头,全部合格。

    8月28日我司自检合格后报监理公司对一层柱钢筋进行检查验收,检查结果为局部垫块少,5跟挡墙钢筋搭接长度不够,现场同时整改后监理单位同意进入下道工序。                                                                                                                    

9月5日下午,我司各部门对一层已绑扎完成的梁、板钢筋进行了检查验收,验收合格后报请了监理单位对车库层梁、板筋进行了检查验收,发现的问题都已整改完成,并已验收合格。

   本次验收部位:首层钢筋验收。

总结:

本工程基坑施工严格按照设计图纸和现行施工规范进行施工,所有工序验收合格,并全部形成资料,各方签字完成。所需材料全部进行了抽检且检测结果全部合格。现报请参建各方对2#楼首层钢筋进行检查验收。
