 the trip to heaven

 last week, i went to hunan province, where there is the most beautiful mountain in the world. my traveling companion is my mom, who is very timid.

 the first day we went to shaoshan, which is mao zedong’s hometown. in the local restaurant, we had a great dinner. the dishes we ate were colorful and delicious. the braised pork has much fat and soft taste. it is hard to believe it is made of pork, water, salt and sugar. the local tofu has good taste, too. it doesn’t have too much oil.  although it is grey and black, it tastes as soft as fresh fish! i can hardly believe this dish is made of common tofu! this dinner was the best meal during the trip.

 the second day we went to zhangjiajie, where the most beautiful and mysterious forest lies. this day was the most interesting day in the trip. the trees in the forest are almost as tall as clouds! although they are 6000 years old, they are green and full of life. there is a river called jinbian river runs through the forest. the river isn’t very deep but so clean that you can see the sand on the bottom clearly. when the sun shines on the river, it becomes golden and holy. nature is the best magician!

ins, which leads to the sea of the clouds. this bridge is 1500 meters above sea level, so it made many people scream, including my mom. birds fly through the clouds, up and down. the monkeys in the mountains sometimes crew, the voices were strange but made everyone relax. everyone was intoxicated because of the unbelievable heaven!

 although this trip is short, i have gotten real experience about the amazing nature. my mom and i will remember the trip to heaven forever.
