Part 1  Preparation

In hotel

A: Good morning everyone,may I take your attention please? how are you today?

B,C: We are fit as a fiddle!

A:OK, very well. I guess you are exciting for our first trip just as I am. I believe you will love them. Now, ladies and gentlemen, is everyone here?

B,C:Yes!

A: Great! before our travel, I’d like to say, please take care of your luggages and carry-ons, check whether you have taken your phones and cameras, also take the valuable items with you. If you need any help or have special requirements, please let me know. 

   By the way, since we will have our lunch on the mountain, have you prepared your lunch as I told you last night?  If not, you can buy some bread at the shop near by, and we will gather in 10 minutes latter. 

Ten minutes latter

A:Are you ready now?

B,C: Yes! 

B:Madam, could you tell me where we will go?

A: Don’t worry Mr Li, we will go to mountain Xisai, first, it is a famous mountain in Huangshi, hubei province, and I will tell you the details when we take on the bus. 

B:Thanks, I’m looking forward to see it.

A:Everyone, please carry on your items and follow my flag, we will take on the bus.

Part 2 Introduction on the bus

A: Ladies and gentlemen, please sit down and relax, we know you are not familiar with our itinerary , but, please don’t worry, we will explain this for you. First, could you let me know is everyone here?

B:Yeah.

A: OK, guys, today we will visit mineral city---Huangshi. It is a beautiful city with green mountain and clear water. Our first destination is Mountain Xisai, a place with a lot of flowers and you can see the Yangze River when you come to the top of this mountain. it will take us nearly 2 hours to get there, during this 2 hours, you can have a short rest or appreciate the sightseeings out of the window. We will stay here about 3 hours, and around 12:30, you can finish your lunch on the mountain.When it is 2:00pm,Our bus will travel along the largest lake in Huanagshi, Cihu, after our lunch, and the time we arrive Mountain Dongfang is around 2.5 hours, and our final destination is People Square, at this time, it might be 7:00pm, we can rest along the lake when we barbecue there. 

C:Sorry, madam, how long we will stay on People Square? I don’t want to sleep in the open air

A:Don’t worry, miss. This square is very close to our hotel, less than 10 minutes walk, and I will show you the way when we come there.

B:OK, thanks.

A:You’re welcome. OK,everyone, our bus will come to mountain Xisai nearly 2 hours latter, if you don’t have any questions you can relax now and we wish you can have a nice journey this time.

Part 3 get off the bus

Come to the destination

A:Sorry for interruption, everyone, we are coming to the Mountain Xisai, please take away your items and follow my flag. And, please place all trash in the garbage bins or your plastic bags. Guys, follow me please.

B:Sorry madam, are there just flowers on the mountain? 

C:Oh, no, not really, there are some small temples here, where you can see buddhas and spay form them, in china, when people meet some troubles or show their appreciation, they will come to the tempe with hope and wishes.

A:Yeah, that’s right. 

C:How can we come to the top of the mountain?

A:Go along this road and the sightseeings are along the road. 

B:Could you tell more things about this mountain for us?

A:Mountain Xisai is one of the state 3a class attractions in China, and is famous for its steep mountains and long histories. It is said that this mountain is the military position of old huangshi city, and this place has suffered more than 1 hundred battles from the end of Han Dynasty to the establishment of new China, furthermore, many poets come here making poems together. OK, let’s heading for the top of this mountain and have a rest. Here maybe you can experience the feelings of Chinese poets.
