1.New Year’s Day

My favourite holiday is New Year’s Day. It’s on the first of January. People usually go to parties on New Year’s Day. I went to a party last New Year’s Day. Do you like New Year’s Day?

2. Spring Festival

My favourite holiday is Spring Festival. It’s in January or February. People usually visit their relatives and friends, and eat a lot of delicious food.  I visited my relatives and friends last Spring Festival. I like Spring Festival very much.

3.Halloween

My favourite holiday is Halloween. It’s in October. People dress up in costumes and go to parties. I went to a party last Halloween. It was fun.

4.Mid-Autumn Festival

My favourite holiday is Mid-Autumn Festival. It’s in September or October. We usually eat moon cakes, play with lanterns and watch the moon. I watched the moon last Mid-Autumn Festival. It was beautiful.

5.May Day

My favourite holiday is May Day. It’s on the first of May. People usually have a long holiday. They meet friends and relatives. They go to parties and beaches.

6.Children’s Day

My favourite holiday is Children’s Day. It’s on the first of June. We sing and dance. Children usually have parties at school. We are very happy on Children’s Day.

7.Dragon Boat Festival

My favourite holiday is Dragon Boat Festival. It’s in May or June. There are dragon boat races. People usually go to watch them. Many people eat rice dumplings.
