American Black English that Very Special English
Abstract:
In recent years, the endless stream of black life in the United States film and television has shown, Black English has also been widespread concern. This paper mainly expresses the sources of American Black English and complicated analyses the main features of Black English.

1. Introduction: On the source of Black English, there always have been many different views of it. But now most linguistics generally agree that Stewart, Dillard and Rockford’s idea which they thought black is a Creole of English Creole language, its predecessor, the 16th century West African blacks use of Pidgin English, therefore, Black English can be said to be Africa – English. In 16 --19th century, European settlers transferred a large number of black slaves from Africa to America. In order to prevent the black slaves absconded and against each other. The slave owners divided and mixed them that the slaves can’t through the Language barrier. But to communicate with each other the black slaves gradually constitutes a doping among some English vocabulary and can understand each other which called Pidgin English. As time goes on the influence of English gradually deepened that makes the words of black slaves increasingly characteristic of English, and thus evolution of Creole. Because of the US civil war, the industrial revolution, and abandoned slavery, the black northward a little bit, although they are scattered in the South, but because of race, class and social effects of environmental factors such as, they constitute the social study of an isolated from the white group, they say a Creole, following temporary evolved gradually constitute a variation of different from standard English: black English.
