三种常用术语的变形

1、FOB的变形

FOB 变形是为了解决装船费用由谁负担的问题

而产生的，主要包括以下几种：

1.FOB Liner Terms(FOB班轮条件) 买方负担

2.FOB Under Tackle(FOB吊钩下交货) 买方负担

3.FOB Stowed(FOB理舱费在内) 卖方负责

4.FOB Trimmed(FOB平舱费在内) 卖方负责

5、FOBST (FOB Stowed and Trimmed的缩写)表明

由卖方承担包括理舱费和平舱费在内的各项

装船费用 卖方负责

2、CIF的变形跟CFR的变形

为了解决卸货费由谁来承担而产生的主要包

括以下几种。

(1)CIF Liner Terms(CIF班轮条件) 卖方承担

(2)CIF Landed(CIF卸到岸上) 卖方承担

(3)CIF Ex Tackle(CIF吊钩下交货) 卖方承担
