空纤维膜的研究
——聚醚砜和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量的影响

摘要用聚偏氟乙烯纺制的中空纤维膜.在干燥过程中会产生大量的收缩,通过与聚醚砜共混,使膜的收缩率大幅降低。同时我们还研究了不同的聚醚砜含量、铸膜液浓度和添加剂含量对膜结构和性能的影响。关键词:聚偏氟乙烯,聚醚砜.共混,中空纤维膜

(College of Material Science & Engineering, Donghua University, Shanghai, 200051 )Abstract Hollow-fiber membranes fabricated from poly (vinylidene fluoride) will be shrinked duringdrying process, and the shrinkage will be greatly decreased by blending with Polyethersulfone. The effectsof content of PES, the concentration of casting solution and the amount of additives (PVP) on theproperties of blend hollow-fiber membranes were discussed in this paper.
