本节课的内容来源:人教版高中英语必修五Unit 5 First Aid —Reading,主要话题是围绕“急救” 展开。 本节课的价值和学习内容的重要性: 1. 点明急救话题,通过日常受伤和身边意外情况,引起学生主要并让学生更了解急救的实用性和重要性。 2. 通过阅读介绍生活中经常发生的一种意外—烧伤及其急救方法,内容包括皮肤的重要功能和三种组成成分,烧伤的各种起因,烧伤的三种类型以及针对不同类型解决办法和注意事项。 3. 通过学习给出一些实例,根据所学知识解决实际问题。

二、教学目标 | |||
① Enable students to talk about different accidents and how to give first aid in different situations. ② Enable students to master some English expressions and phrases and to know some knowledge of first aid. ③ Encourage students to give their correct suggestions about first aid when others are in danger.

三、学习者特征分析 | |||
通过平时对学生的观察和模拟检测,我的学生英语水平分为三个层次:第一层有三、四个学生,对英语很感兴趣,英语成绩也较好;第二层是大部分学生对英语有兴趣就是不会掌握学习英语的要领,平时也很努力但成绩就是提不起来;第三层有四五个学生对英语直接有抵触心理,据他们说从接触英语的那一天起就恐惧上英语课。 所以在平时教授他们英语课时要关注各层次的学生,以鼓励和布置适合他们发展的教学内容为主,进行教学。

| Step1 Warming up 1.Greet the whole class as usual. 2.Show students some pictures and ask them to watch a video about the snake bite and then give them few minutes to discuss what happened in the picture and video. 3. Role-play.
Step 2 Pre-reading 1.Show students a picture to let them discuss: 2.What has happened? can you guess what will happen to the girl? how will her mother deal with the burn?
Step 3 Reading TTask 1 Skimming Give students some minutes to read the whole passage and then k them to finish some questions . Task 2 Careful reading 1.Let students to listen the2.Tape-recorder (or ask students to read it) for each part and after listening or reading ,give students some minutes to discuss in groups. At last, filling in the blanks and telling if the statements are true or false for part5.
Step 4 Summary 1.Answer the following question: How will her mother deal with the burn? 2.Learn some important numbers and sentences for first aid. Step 5 Homework
