一、用途

Y5-47型锅炉离心引风机是为燃用各种燃质并烟除尘装置的1t/h~20t/h工业锅炉配套设计的最高全压效率达90.5%的引风机，凡进气条件相当，性能相近者均可选用，但最高温度不得超过250oC，在引风机前必须加装效率不得低于85%的除尘装置，以降低进入风机的烟气含尘量，提高风机寿命。

二、特点 

 当前锅炉系列较多，燃用煤质优劣悬殊，配用除尘器阻力不一，所配引风机的风压、风量差异较大，为适应上述情况，考虑到风机的经济性，除配20吨/小时锅炉的引风机因功率较大而采用D式传动外，其余均采用C式传动，这样不仅能以同一个机号不同转速来满足同一吨位锅炉配置各类除尘器的要求，减少了风机的系列机号，而且也便于使用单位根据实际情况，自行变换主轴转速来获得所需要的教理想的风量和风压。

1、该引风机制成单吸入，机号有№4、5、6、8、9、12、12.4七种。

2、引风机可根据用户需要制成左旋和右旋两种。从电动机一端正视，如叶轮顺时针旋转则称右旋风机，以“右”表示，反之，称左旋风机，以“左”表示。

二十、传动组——传动主轴以优质钢制成，采用滚动轴承。№4~6由整体和分体两种轴承箱供用户选用，整体结构用30#机油润滑，分体传动用二硫化钼润滑脂，№8以上有油位标志及温度计，有水冷装置，须加输水管，耗水量0.5~1m3/h，№6以下用风扇自冷，传动与机壳之间用两个半圆风扇叶自冷，№8~12.4用两只并列轴承座。

二十三、调节门——用以调节风量，轴向装于进风口前，转动灵活，调节范围，由全开到全闭，№8以上采用花瓣式，№6以下采用蝶阀式，为使调节门正常工作，须保持良好的润滑状态，采用膨胀润滑脂。
