my winter holiday

What make me most impressive is the travel in HK. So I want to talk this first. through this travel, I think I have already fell in love with HK. It’s a magic city. You can find peace and carefree between the narrow streets, and you can also feel crowd and prosperous from the skyscrapers. Because HK.’s area is small, but it has large population. So the building in HK are very tall and close.

However, it is not a mess and dirty city. Everything in HK is orderliness and people in HK are in high-quality. They do everything obey the rules, and they are kindness too. One day I lost in HK, I tried to ask someone for help. An old man offered to help and led me to the place where I wanted to. Although I couldn’t understand what he said, because he can only speak in Cantonese, but I still felt his warmth.

Through this travel I finally know how important to learn English well. And I couldn’t imagine there are so many foreigners in HK. and everything in HK are relate to English. Even I was in a restaurant the waiter and the menu are all English.

Besides, I also brought some local desserts from HK and shared with my friends. The desserts called “butter pastry”. You can find this desserts in every bakery. Because the local people like eating sweets. So HK have all kinds of desserts. 

Then I want to talk about my part time job. This was my first time to have a part time job. What I did was very easy, just selling clothes, and I only worked for 8 days. Although the time was short , I totally experienced another life, which was different from my normal school life. And It made my realize how important to respect and trust people.And respect is mutual between people. 

Beyond that, it was my first time to realize that social experience in someway is more important than theoretical knowledge.And I also realized everything is more complicated than you think. If you want to do it successfully, you need to make effort for it, and use your heart and brain. Even sometimes you need a litter luck. But remember opportunities are always for those who are well prepared.

During this job I made lots of friends. They taught me a lot, such as how to communicate with people and thinking of others more than yourself. And they also made me understand what is duty, what is confidence and what is optimistic.

I was every enjoy this job and the time with them. I will treasure this wonderful memory. That was all about my holiday, I really don’t want to end it.
