　　For many parents , raising a teenager is like fighting a long war ,but years go by without any clear winner . Like a border conflict between neighboring countries ,the parent-teen war is about boundaries: Where is the line between what I control and what you do?

　　一、评分原则

　　1.本题总分为25分,按5个档次给分。

　　2.评分时,应根据短文的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次,然后以该档次的要求来衡量,最后给分。

　　3.评分时, 应注意的主要内容为:内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性、上下文的连贯性及语言的得体性。

　　4.内容要点可用不同方式表达。

　　5.紧扣主题的适当发挥不予扣分。

　　二、内容要点

　　根据具体命题决定，原则上6-8个内容要点。

　　三、各档次的给分范围和要求

　　第5档：(21～25分)

　　能写明全部要点;语言基本无误,结构完整,行文连贯,表意清楚,完全达到了预期的写作目的。

　　第4档：(16～20分)

　　能写明全部或大部分要点;有个别语言错误,但不影响意义表达;结构基本完整,行文基本连贯,表意基本清楚,达到了预期的写作目的。

　　第3档：(11～15分)

　　能写出部分要点;有一些语言错误,但对意义表达影响不大;语言不够流畅,行文不够连贯,结构不够完整,部分达到了预期的写作目的。

　　第2档：(6～10分)

　　漏掉或未描述一些主要要点;语法结构单调,语言错误很多,影响了对意义的表达;内容缺乏连贯性,结构不完整,信息未能清楚地传达给读者。

　　第1档：(0～5分)

　　只写出只言片语或写了诸多无关内容;语言错误很多,表意不清;行文很不连贯,无篇章可言,信息未能传达给读者。

　　四、扣分原则

　　1、句子主谓结构错误及动词错误每项扣1分;

　　2、大小写、标点符号及单词拼写错误每处扣0.5分，同一错误不重复扣分;

　　3、用铅笔书写作答或用涂改液进行修改均不给分;

　　4、字数少于80词或多于120词，扣1分。

　　The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as the Duanwu Festival, is one of the most significant traditional Chinese festivals.It falls on the fifth day of the fifth month according to Chinese Lunar calendar.

　　The festival is said to be in honour of Qu Yuan, a great poet as well as one who tried all his best to help his own country but failed and committed suicide by drowning himself in Miluo River.The folks respected and loved him so much that they threw zongzi into the river to prevent fish from eating his body.Later it became a custom for people to eat zongzi and watch dragon boat races on that day.

　　Now we can have a one­day holiday on this festival when all family members can stay together and enjoy a big meal. As far as I am concerned, it is a chance for people not only to have a day to have fun, but also a day to recall the memories of our ancestors and to give thanks to the ones who have helped us. Although Qu Yuan was gone, his spirit will always live with us.
