投诉信：

投诉信分为：    1. 购物不满（质量服务，退货换货）

                2. 问题解决（影响利益，解决办法）

购物不满类

示例范文：

假设你是李华，两周前从某国外购物网站买了一部单反相机（SLR camera-a single lens reflex camera），收到货物后，发现有质量问题。

1.画质不太清楚；

2.操作不简单；

3.经常死机。

期待的解决方法：

1.退货退款

2.修理或调换。

开头：（自我介绍，交代投诉内容）

Dear Sir or Madam,

    （自我介绍）My name is Li Hua, one of your customers. （交代投诉内容）I’m writing to complain about the SLR camera (I bought on your website two weeks ago), (which I consider is of inferior quality).

正文：（说明产品问题：细节拓展；层次分明）

    （问题1:画质不清）What annoys me most is the low image quality. The blurry pictures it takes are far from satisfactory. （问题2:操作困难）Besides, the instructive brochure is quite complex and unreadable, thus making it difficult to operate the camera. （问题3:经常死机）What’s worse, the camera has already crashed several times since I received it.

结尾：（希望如何处理，盼望尽快答复）

    （过度句，表达不满）I must say this is the most disappointing online shopping experience I have ever had. （引入责任方）I think you are responsible for saving the problem. （希望如何处理）I demanded to send it back for repair or exchange. Or else I would like to have it returned and get a refund. （盼望得到答复）I’m looking forward to your early replay.

正文：（说明投诉问题：要点关系；因果逻辑）

    （问题1:菜价贵，种类少）First of all, it is the high prices of the dishes that we can not bear, much less the limited choices of them. （问题2:不好吃－浪费）Besides, the taste of the food is not satisfactory, thus leading to a lot of waste. （问题3:排队时间长－耽误午休）Finally, what upsets us most is the time we spend waiting in the queue, which occupies much of our rest time.

结尾：（解决问题建议；表达愿望）
