Where there are human beings there is education.Education is a lifelong process beginning at birth. And education should be an ongoing preparation for life and for living it to the fullest with a goal for the greater knowing about oneself and the world.
School is the most important role in the education system. Many schools provide the children with an envirenment of total conformity by setting up a lot of rules and restrictions that tell the students what you can do and what should not do. To a certain extent, these work in an opposite way. The preciseness and strictness of the learning ends,as well as parts of the rules and restrictions do not fit together with the nature of the children. They gradually kill the curiousity and creativity of the children. Every child has his or her own speciality,if they are all tought in such a environment of conformity, it's hard for them to find their own special abilities, not to mention develop them. To cut off the imagination stream and hinder their natural behavior from flowing, that would be dangerous.Children want to know about the true scale of their life. They feel life differently, not just the books told them, but rather something beyond that.If the schools only give children the life expectations that they have arranged for them but the children aspire more, they will be silenced and balanced with stifling of their nature. That is the worst part of the education system.
A good education system, personally speaking, should emancipate the initial nature of children,as far as possible, from the tyranny of the settled education patterns. We should allow the student to think, to explore and to innovate. And the teachers need pay more attention to everyone's differences and respect everyone's natural traits.By bring warmth, passion and an
endearing quiet hummor to the role of teacher,it will be much closer to fostering individualism successfully. Thus, the children can find their own places in society and form the self-conscience to experience the process to mature.
