二、特殊疑问词用法
（1）what，“什么”， 用来询问人或事物的本质、性质、天气情况等。
例如：It is a pen. What is this?
I’ m planting trees. What are you doing now?
He is a doctor. What does he do?
What’s the weather like this morning? It’s cloudy.
What’s the new manager like? He is a noble man.
（2）what color，“什么颜色”，针对颜色提问。
例如：The coat is red. What color is it?
（3）what time，“几点”， 针对具体的时间（几点钟）提问。
例如：It is 6 o’clock. What is the time /what time is it?
（4）how，“怎么样”，用来询问别人的健康、事物的变化情况以及别人的意见、见解等。
例如：How are you feeling? I am feeling better.
How is your father? He is very well.
4.1 how，通过某种方式。
例如：She will go to Hong Kongby air. How will she go to Hong Kong?
4.2 how old，针对年龄提问。
例如: Mary is fourteen. How old is he?
4.3 how far，针对路程距离提问。
例如：It’s about 20 minutes’walk. How far is it from your home to the school?
4.4how much，针对价格提问。
用法：how much + n（不可数名词）
例如：The book cost me￥3. How much did the book cost?
4.5how many，针对可数名词提问。
用法：how many +n（复数）
例如：There are 300 people in the park. How many people are there in the park?
How many times have you been to the Great Wall? Three times.
4.6 how long，针对时间提问，意为“多久”。
例如：I have learned English for three years. How long have you learned English?
4.7 how soon，针对将来时间提问，意为“多久”。
例如：Alice will stay at Wuhan for about a week. How soon will she stay at Wuhan?
4.8 how often，表示次数，指间隔的次数，即多少时间一次或多少时间多少次，如once a week, twice a month, every four hours等。
例如: We have meals three times a day. How often do you have meals?
How often do you see her?—I see her once a month.
（5）when， 针对时间提问。意为“何时”。
例如：He came here yesterday. When did he come here?
（6）where， 针对地点提问。
例如：I come from Beijing. Where do you come from?
（7）why，针对原因提问.
例如：I am late for class because I stayed up last night. Why are you late for class?
（8）Why not，“何不…；好不好；行不行”
用法：Why not + V（原形）
Why not make your dress, instead of buying it?
（9）Whose，“谁的”
例如：Whose book is this? It is mine.
Whose is this book? This book is mine.
That’s the man whose house was burned down.
（10）Who，“谁”
例如：Who is that? This is Mr. Black speaking.
Who is the man over there? He is my English teacher.
