working from home

   Although a deal of people hold a belief that working from home isn’t a suitable working method as a result of staff’s doing their work unconsciously that will lead to the decline of working efficiency.In contrast,I deem that it will be a good chance to develop either staffs or company .

   It can increase the work efficiency during the process of working from home. we can assume that it will take at least 15 minutes for a staff to arrive at company,so it wastes a total of 1500 minutes,namely about 62 hours on the road. We always regard time as money.For many efficient staffs, they can create more economic benefits during the 62 hours.Pick it in another words, the company will lose interests everyday in vain.Besides, for many women staffs, especially those who have child at home,they always can’t concentrate on working due to worrying about their children. And when it’s time to pick up their children who are at school,they have to cease the work or finish it hastily without any quality assurance.

It can reduce staff’s daily cost.Plenty of staffs always choose to go to work by bus or taxi .For someone who owns cars,they will drive to the company.As time goes by,staff will spend a part of salary in paying for the traffic unconsciously.Especially for those who drive to the company,they have to pay more for oil and parking.Sometimes,some staffs could not catch the bus in time because the bus is very crowded. And because of being late they will be deducted wages.

It’s beneficial for staff’s health both in physical and mental.During the process of going to company by bus,because of traffic jar,they will breath in some harmful air.When they are sitting and working in the office,many staffs share a common place without fresh air.What’s more there are a lot of computers emitting radiation that will influence their physical health enormously.On the other hand,a part of people without strong psychological endurance,are always under the pressure from their boss once they make some mistakes.They are often in the extreme tension of being blamed from others.After long time, they may have psychological sickness.Instead,when they are working from home,they always have relax mood to work. 

Therefore,working from home is definitely a good opportunity for modern staffs.The final goal which staffs work hard is for their own family.If they can work at home,never worrying about what happened at home,they can do a better job with the encouragement of the family.With the happy and relax working environment,they will have enough motivation and power to fight against the problems in working.
