Inspection: The agents of buyer must inspect ALL goods at ShangHai before shipment. The inspection certificate from buyer will be one of necessary document of L/C.

Incase purity or weight of the goods be found not inconformity with the contract and the sample which was confirmed by both buyer and seller. In this contract offer re-inspection by the certificate of inspection from Poreign. Trade Corporation within 15 days after discharge of the goods at the port of delivery, the buyer shall reject the goods delivered and /or lodge claims against the sellers for compensation of looses upon the strength of inspection Certificate with the exception of those claims for which the insurers of owners of the carrying.

Arbitration: All dispute arising from the execution of /or in connection with this contract, shall be setted amloadle through friendly negotiation. Incase no settlement can be reached through negotiation. The case shall be submitted to the foreign Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission of CCPIT, BeiJing for Arbitration in accordance with its provisional rules of procedure. The Arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
