  At present, generation gap is a normal phenomenon between parents and teenagers in family. This phenomenon shows in different aspects.

   It is a universal phenomenon that teenagers have difficulties in communicating with their parents and even quarrel with each other. Both parents and teenagers believe that they are right.

   The causes of the generation gap are various. One of the reasons is the family problem. Because the parents live in different ages, as a result their concepts of value are different from ours. And not ready to communicate with each other leads to their misunderstanding. The other reason is the social problem. As economy and technology growing rapidly, the parents have received different educations and formed different outlook of the world.

    As far as I am concerned, we should try our best to communicate with our parents. Let they know what in our minds. Only in this way, can our parents understand us and get along well with each other.

 I am glad to receive your letter today. I am very interested in American culture after I went there. What a beautiful country it is and how friendly you are to travel with me all the time. And so, how are you? I really miss the days when we were playing games at night and you introduced me to your friends.

 In China, there are many famous festivals such as the spring Festival, which is the favorite Festival we all love. Chinese all called this special Festival as Lunar New Year. We will paste up the spring Festival couplets set off firecrackers, have a New Year visiting among our relatives and so on. The biggest program to the family is watching spring Festival Gala Evening at home together after we have the dinner on New Year’s Eve. Some kids like me will receive gift money which is from our parents or old relatives.

 All in all, it is a fine chance for you to celebrate New Year with me and my family.

 Although there are many differences between China and American, I think you will love Chinese culture one day. So, come on! I am waiting for you all the way.

           On college Degree

 It is clear that how to find a good job is no longer a question to the young people who hasn’t a diploma of College.

 With the increasing of college graduates who waiting for employment, we have to reconsider ourselves.

 As the saying goes, a bystander sees though everything. To the person who is finding job I think the best bystander is the examiner of the recruitment examination.

 I have seen many essays about this question. The examiner makes a summary that two important reasons make the college graduates refused by the company.

 The primary reason, the graduates have lack experience. Every company wants their employees are the men who are experienced so that they can help their get profit immediately, not a young who may left when he has enough experience. We know to train a successor; a company should invest much capital and vigor. It is so lose and furious for the company to see that their expend bury in oblivion.

 Second, the most of the college graduates don’t put their hearts in right places. They don’t get it truly; college education is no longer the pick education. They often hitch their wagon to a star that makes the examiner think they are impulsive and shortsighted. So the company gives up them, even if they are looked to further increase and will be trained by the company in the initial stage.

 For the reasons above, I think keeping modest is most important. More self-confident and more hardness to enrich ourselves, we can defeat this big change.
