项目密闭空间作业流程

1.箱体内动气、动火、油漆作业必须审批手续齐全，措施完善，专人监护，制度必须落实到位，严禁明火与涂装同时作业。

2.箱体内作业必须两人以上，要求互相监护，每隔一个小时要出箱体作短暂休息。

3.任何部门、施工队在进入箱体作业前必须用测爆仪对箱体内的可燃气体浓度进行测爆，确认无误后再设置通风设备和其它防护措施，各级相关负责人到位监护，方可进入作业，测爆员填写好测爆单，并报部门、安全办备案。

4.测爆员必须经过专业培训持证上岗，测爆要按规定进行操作，要有记录，具体测爆规定如下：施工队测爆员测爆→填写测爆记录单→将测爆单分别送部门和安全办备案→部门和安全办根据测爆单进出抽查测爆并做好记录。测爆单上必须有测爆人签名和施工队老板或部门负责人的签字确认。 

5.380V、220V鼓风机金属外壳必须有接地，照明行灯必须使用低压电源。进入箱体内的电源线必须完好、绝缘、不得随意摆放，要整齐规范。接头最多不能超过二个，并且要包扎完好，经测验保证绝缘。

6.作业时必须戴好防护器具，箱体内作业人员不能太多，要保持适当距离，以免伤到他人。

7.作业人员必须随身佩戴测电笔，随时测量使用的电源线，如有漏电现象，立即采取补救措施，及时更换。

8.定期对进入箱体作业的氧、乙炔皮管接头进行漏气检查，要有详细记录，氧、乙炔皮管必须随人进出，确保作业安全。

Safety Rules for Confined Space (CFS) Entry on ** Project

1.Works such as using gas lines, hot works or painting activities must under an authorized Permit with all safety measures in place and designated standby person. Never commence painting while with open flames around. 

2.Not less than 2 people are required working inside the CFS as to watch for each other and must get out the CFS every one hour for a short break.

3.Perform air test 1st for any potential flammable gas existing inside the CFS and confirm it’s in the safe condition before entry. After that, manual ventilation and other safety measures with standby person shall be considered and put in place. The test results shall be properly filed and report to relevant department.  

4.The designated people who are responsible for the Air Test shall be trained before work and shall comply with all procedures as required. The Test Result shall be documented accordingly. Here are the steps for Air Test: Air Test → fill the test report → send the test report to relevant department and safety department for filing → double check occasionally by safety department and recorded. The test report shall be signed by the people conducted the test, team leader or the responsible people of the relevant division. 

5.The fans (380V or 220V) must be grounded and use safe and low voltage illumination inside the CFS with intact and well insulated powers cables. Less than two cable connections shall be ensured with intact insulations.

6.Personal Protective Equipment shall be used properly during the operation with limited people inside the CFS and keep proper distance in between the workers to avoid the hurt to the others.

7.The entrants shall bring test pencil with them to detect any potential ground fault leakage. Any cable damage or current leakage shall be reported and corrected immediately.

8.All the joints on the oxygen and acetylene hoses shall be inspected occasionally with records and the hoses shall go with the operators and shall not allow to be left behind inside the CFS after the shift work.
