Our residential area has come to a crossroad, and now you have the power to change the situation of our area. As I have said time and again, if you elect me to be your face in neighborhood committees, there are several things I will do to ensure that your needs are met day in and day out.
First of all, I plan on improving the security level, such as increase the number of security guards, install the antitheft door for every building, and require the guards to patrol every one hour. To accomplish this, I am proposing no more property costs, but rather a rechanneling of our existing property costs revenues to meet these demands. Now, the incumbent and his staff have been talking about this for years with little progress. I plan to change all of this now.
Second, green belt protection is on the minds of most of you, particularly with regard to parking problem. For many years, the committees ignored the protection of the green, cause there are no enough places for parking, more and more cars are parked on the green, more and more green belts are destroyed. I am very sad about this. Now I promise that I will build several parking belts for the drivers to park his car, and no one is allowed to park his car on the green. Also the guards will patrol for this, if found, you will be punished in the manner of listing your name and your picture on the call-board so that everyone can see it. You all have my word.
Third, I am proposing establishing a Day-care center for pets in our neighborhood. Except the older, most of you have to work everyday, and many of you have your pets at home. When you go to work, the pets are alone and you also will worry about them. Now you can take your pet to our pets center when you are out, and we have professional feeders to take care of them, and also your pets can play together and make new friends.
And finally, I think such a important things is neglected by the incumbent, it’s public health clinic. Now we don’t have even one community clinic. Most of you go to the hospital far from here even you just have some cold. It’s not convenient for all of you to see a doctor. So I will persuade the government to give a grant to build a community clinic.
If elected, I promise to give my all to my elected position and change the life of all of you.
Thank you.
