Playway to English 这套教材着重训练儿童的听说能力，同时培养其学习英语的兴趣。Playway to English的特点是寓教于乐，在各种活动中使儿童愉快地掌握英语，而不是传统的教与学的关系。基于这些教材特点，在教学中就要求教师必须遵循学生的认知能力和学习的规律和能力。低龄儿童有着猜测语义和丰富的想象能力，这些对学习英语有非常重要的作用，同时也就要求老师应该多用英语与之交流，并且给予足够的时间和自由去发挥想象和动脑筋思考，而不是边说英语边解释，久而久之，他们便会失去思考，模仿得习惯。 

通过本学期的学习，让学生达到以下预期目标：

1、让学生觉得学习英语是快乐的。

2、规范课堂，学生能明白常用的课堂用语。

3、建立良好的听说能力。

4、鼓励和帮助其主动用英语进行日常交流。

 “Ok, this is a bag , and there are some school things in it, can you guess what they are?”And ,this time, the teacher can choose some one to guess. The teacher can explain the meaning of the sentence to help children to understand. (the children can be allowed to speak Chinese.)

Step 4 : Presentation 

 rigth or worng at once. Then, the teacher picks one of them in the bag and say the word ,ask the students to follow to say . After several times, put the picture on the blackboard. Teach them to say the other words in the same way.

Step 5: Practice

Teach them to say these words again and let the students read them together, and the teacher check it. Let them to say one by one .

Play the recorder and ask the students to listen to the tape and say these words fellow it.
