There are four seasons in a year. I live in Shantou. It’s warm in spring. I can plant trees. I can climb mountains. It’s hot and sunny in summer. I can swim in the lake. In fall, it’s cool. I can visit my uncle’s farm. I can see the pigs. I can go hiking with my parents. In winter, It’s cold. I can wear my coat. 

Spring

  My favourite season is spring. I can wear shirt. Spring is green. The flowers are beautiful. In Shantou, it’s windy and warm. I can plant trees. Sometimes it’s windy. I can fly kites. How about you?

Summer

Summer is my favourite season. The days are long. There is a summer holiday. Many students like it. I like it, too. It is hot. I can swim. I can eat ice-cream. I can eat watermelons. What about you?

Fall

I like fall best. I can eat apples. It’s windy and cool in fall. I wear my sweater. I can fly kites. I can go hiking. I can climb mountains. Which season do you like best? Why?

Winter

Many people like summer. But I like winter best. I wear my coat. It is cold. I can skate. I can make a snowman. What’s your favourite season? Can you tell me?
