顾客  : Give me the menu please.请把菜单给我

        I would like a pizza and a cup of coffee.我要一份披萨和一杯咖啡

服务员: OK,wait a moment please.好的，稍等一会

       (30 minutes later 30分钟后)

顾客  : How about my meal,I have waited for half an hour,can you rush the cooker?I have lots of work to do.我的饭怎么样了，我已经等了半个小时了，你能催下厨师吗，我还有很多工作要做

服务员:Sorry,your meal will be prepared soon.抱歉，饭马上就好了

       (sevaral minutes later几分钟后) 

顾客  ：where is my meal?I think I have to talk with your boss on this matter.我的饭呢?我想我不得不和你老板谈谈了。

老板  ：I'm sorry to hear that you have waited for a long time.很抱歉让你等了这么久

顾客  : I have lots of works to do,I must back to the company in ten minutes,and I haven't my lunch until now.我还有很多工作，10分钟后我必须回公司了，可我到现在还没吃饭

老板 ：our restaurant will undertake the responsibility,we'll pay for your meal and give you a chance to be our VIP.我们的饭店会承担责任，我们会付你的饭钱，并给你一次机会成为会员。

顾客 ：thank you.but I have waste so much time in your restaurant,that's the problem.谢谢，但是我在这浪费了太多的时间，这才是问题所在。

老板：I understand,don't angry,customers are our god.How about like this, you decide what should I do to solve the problem.我明白，别生气，顾客是我们的上帝，这样行不，你来决定我们怎么解决这个问题

顾客：you are so friendly,boss,I'm pleasure with your kindness ,I'll come again,thank you for your understanding.老板你太好了，对于你的热心我很高兴，我还会来的，谢谢你的理解

服务员：I'm sorry for my dereliction of duty.我对于我的失职表示歉意

顾客： it doean't matter,it just because that I am anxious today.I have to leave,see you.没关系了，只是因为我今天太着急了，我得走了，再见

老板&服务员：we are expecting your coming.期待你的光临
